This printer SUCKS!

Started displaying "print head problem" message, then completely stopped working just a few days after warranty expired. Contacted customer service and got a case number reference, but never heard anything after that and unable to reach any live person to follow up. Incredibly, this design has a non-removable print head! We will be buying a DIFFERENT BRAND printer unless Best Buy can rescue this situation.

And the Black Friday weekend price was unbeleivable - plus an additional 15% off for turning in my old printer! (Great Best Buy policy!) Installation and setup was a self-guided cinch. First time i've done it without IT help!
