This printer has to be the easiest most painless to set up and use printer that we have ever purchased. It took longer to remove from the box than what it did to hook it up to our computer. The wireless feature works painlessly. We literally had it up and running wireless in less than 10 mins. And it prints beautifully. we highly recommend this printer.

Think the movie office space and the printer scene...That was me and my last printer. This one is awesome! I finally found a printer I don't want to destroy.

the wireless setup is amazing simple lots of great features and the print quality is very nice. sign up for HP instaink its a great way to always have ink.

So far so good! Setting up printer was easy. Night and day on the scanning. I compared an older scan with the same photo and this one's scan was spectacular.It is way worth the price... which isn't bad for what it does.

Printer is new, so I haven't used it much yet. It is a great size for my computer cabinet. Attractive, works correctly, has all the features that I need.

Had to replace my prior HP printer and Best Buy happened to have this printer on sale. Very satisfied with it so far. Easy setup, quick connectivity to home network, print quality on what we have printed so far is outstanding. While larger in height than my prior printer, footprint about the same, but higher capacity paper tray. Highly recommend based upon use so far.

Set up and operation were easy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that some annoying software for other products is loaded with it that is frustrating.

I upgraded my printer, when it started to have a print issue. This printer has a better print quality. The only draw back is the price of the ink cartridges.

Nice printer so far. I have not used all of the features as of yet.... I've have only used the regular printing features thus far. So I'm giving it a 4 star

I love the double-sided printing and that it can scan from the auto feeder. Love the most is that this printer is HP Instank Ink ready. Setup is easy!

This printer can do it all and setup is a breeze, I had no issues setting up, just got it connected to wireless then installed HP software on my laptop and cell phone and was printing in minutes. Great quality prints and doesn't seem to burn through the Ink like my last HP printer

Smaller size, same characteristics like big office printers. About 200- 260 prints before changing the cartridges. It is a great deal for only $100.00

I have always used HP, but had to update to a new printer after a move. Tried a Cannon Pixma, but was so disappointed with connectivity issues, I returned it to Best Buy where I had no issues with an exchange. I chose to go back to the HP (OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless Printer) because of its reliability and how easy it was to connect and stay connected to my wireless network and HP computer.

My first CANON printer. I'm very glad I switched!! Easiest set up EVER - from box to first use in literally minutes! And that includes the wireless set up on 2 desk pc's and 2 portable units. Good print quality either regular black & white documents or color graphics. I really appreciate the true colors when printing photos as well. I can see that this is going to be my printer of choice now.
