HP - OfficeJet Pro 6978 Printer performing very well so far (6-7 weeks). Had to replace older, otherwise functioning HP printer because black inking no longer worked and could not be fixed. Because of HP "ink cartridge coding", wasted a lot of ink and money trying to fix it!

This is an upgrade for me from a five year old HP all in one printer. I like all the features, wifi compatibilty was a must. However there are some scanning features I have not yet figured out with it working with all my Apple/Mac products eg. macBook Pro,iPad air and iPhone 6S.

Overall, it's a quiet and fast printer. Sometimes the printer will print very tiny print and haven't figured out why it's doing it and how to stop it from happening. If I can rectify the problem, I'll sign back in and re-rate the printer.

2 to 300 pages every day consistently five days a week. Cleaning routine is easy and works as promised. The HP application is easy to use and understand and allows for scanning and editing to be a breeze. Would highly recommend it.

Our 2 computers are working well with it but only with direct cable connections. Like all appliances today - no manuals to guide us to enable WIFI. Installation instructions tells how to go about it but it does not connect. My last HP Printer had input instructions for IP address.

This printer looks and works good. It allows me to perform my work-from-home job. The HP Instant Ink program is fantastic. And who does not like being able to print to the printer from anywhere in the world through WiFi?

After contacting Geek squad twice regarding installing print cartridges and printing systems startup. I'm good! My mistakes for not following through with picture instructions and computer messages regarding printing.

I purchased HP - Officejet Pro 6978 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer and I am in love with it. It can enlarge photos and you can't tell they were. Great ink quality and fast printing. I haven't used the fax yet but I am very excited to finally send one from home at no cost.

I purchased this printer for my small business to mostly print off and copy word documents. At this task, it does well. It does go through ink fairly quickly so the large black cartridge and extra color cartridges are a must. Overall it’s a good value.

When the printer works, it's great. The quality is good, the feeder scanner is double-sided, etc. However, its network features are finicky and often require a manual restart. That gets old quickly.

This is my second HP printer in 2 months. The first one generated an error code so I contacted HP and they suggested I return it to Best Buy. The exchange was stress free and easy. This printer has not produced an issues thus far and we are very happy with the purchase.

We purchased this printer to replace an HP that was older and jammed when using doc feeder. So far so good with this one! Signed up for instant ink also as we are 45 minutes from an office store and this plan works for us with our other HP printers!

have only had this printer a very short time and so far I'm very pleased. Had a 3-in-1 photosmart printer before and loved it, but HP no longer makes a photosmart printer I was told. I do like a separate photo paper tray which this one does not have. I DO like the individual ink cartridiges.

I needed an all-in-one when I moved into a new house, and I had previous ownership experience with HP products, so I knew I wanted an HP again. This thing does not disappoint! I highly recommend it if you're looking for something that does everything this does.

This printer is fast & makes good copies; the control panel is far more difficult to use than the HP OfficeJet 6700 Premium that I had previously ... UNTIL that one locked up at an ink cartridge change.

Does as advertised. Set up was super easy. Connected to my home network without any issues. Had my last HP for about 7/8 years, so hope this one gets the same milage. The paper tray is a nice bonus as it is big and holds a good amount of paper for home and school use.

Plus easy out of box set up. Problem compressing scanned pages to a size so file could be faxed or e mailed. Hours with HP support to get this done. There is virtually no manual with the product other than quick setup flyer.

It’s good printer and all features worked out well. But felt initial catridges are not that great lasted for only very few prints like less than 100. Later it’s good. Except that everything is fine. using app and mobile prints are very common use for me.

Had some problems getting my new printer to communicate with my computer. Geek Squad representative came out and resolved the problem within minutes. Following that he checked all of my equipment to make certain all was working and that I was clear on usage

I use my printer all the time and get great results. I wish the color ink cartridges lasted longer. They seem to need replacing often for the little color printing I do.
