This is my second HP printer in 2 months. The first one generated an error code so I contacted HP and they suggested I return it to Best Buy. The exchange was stress free and easy. This printer has not produced an issues thus far and we are very happy with the purchase.

Does as advertised. Set up was super easy. Connected to my home network without any issues. Had my last HP for about 7/8 years, so hope this one gets the same milage. The paper tray is a nice bonus as it is big and holds a good amount of paper for home and school use.

I bought two other printers that totally crapped out within a month before this. Thankfully Best Buy will deal with that efficiently. I ended up getting this printer, and it was easy to hook up and use. I haven’t had any problems after months of use.

Had some problems getting my new printer to communicate with my computer. Geek Squad representative came out and resolved the problem within minutes. Following that he checked all of my equipment to make certain all was working and that I was clear on usage

We barely use this printer and hasn’t been working since the last 2 months and we bought it in July.

Nice printer! The only thing I don’t like is it won’t auto feed multiple sheets of paper for scanning. Other than that it’s a nice printer and gets the job done.

have only had this printer a very short time and so far I'm very pleased. Had a 3-in-1 photosmart printer before and loved it, but HP no longer makes a photosmart printer I was told. I do like a separate photo paper tray which this one does not have. I DO like the individual ink cartridiges.

Plus easy out of box set up. Problem compressing scanned pages to a size so file could be faxed or e mailed. Hours with HP support to get this done. There is virtually no manual with the product other than quick setup flyer.

Still functional, just very shaky when printing since day one of purchase, sometimes the multi page feeder on top does not respond. Otherwise it’s a nice printer for home.

My HP6500A Plus was getting old, making noise, needing a new printhead, etc,. This printer was inexpensive (on sale) standard duplex printing, double sided scan and copy and QUIET (for now). We'll see if the "Instant Ink" is a good deal after the first few months.

At first I was not looking forward to setting up another device. It was a breeze because my wife did most of the work setting up the printer and setting up the Instant Ink Account. Had an HP before and happy I again chose the HP. Working just fine and love no cables.

This was a replacement for my 7520 that worked flawlessly for 5 years. Set up easy across all of my devices. Cannot review durability as I've only purchased about 2 months ago. Seems to do well. I did not give 5 stars because there is no separate tray for photo paper.

Great at home printer for light jobs. A lttle trying to setup though. Not bad for the price. I would suggest getting the Hp subscription service for ink saves money

After reading the reviews, I immediately went out and bought two of them. Oh yeah... I forgot to mention that the price was unbeatable. So far, so good, considering it has been less than a month. But I have no doubt this investment will pay for itself in the coming months and years.

Nice price for a mid range all in one printer. Easy set up and wireless network hooked up quickly. Only complaint is the ink cartridges. Haven’t printed much at all and getting low ink warnings already. HP seems more interested in ink sales than anything.

Once again, name brand, quality products at a great price. I love HP products and this printer replaced my old HP printer that I bought from Best Buy and had for over 8 years. I trust that this one will last just as long if not longer.

I actually did not use this printer because being an occasional user, the cartridges would dry up and clog the mechanisms inside the printer. I returned and will purchase a powder cartridge one instead. Anything I have purchased from BB has been great!

I bought this for my daughter in college. Hopefully it is better than the model we own. Our HP, bought a couple weeks earlier keeps hacking into other programs and files and slows down our ISP to the point we get dropped if we leave the printer on in even a standby mode.

Had the larger prt. but it would not prt card envelopes. so I took the smaller one and it works fine. I prt a lot of greating cards. Hp and staple tech could not get the larger one to work. I took a chance on the smaller model.
