Easy setup, wireless connection, fast printing, great results

Great item at a sale price, but I wish it would attach to my 5G home WiFi. It only connects to 2.4G, so it has some issues printing from my cell phone.

That is very useful for me. Nice quality and easy to carry. I love to print out by my mobile phone through the wifi or bluetooth. It's very cool.

Very good thus far. The printer was relatively easy to set up and was consistent with the printer that needed to be replaced. We have used the printer a great deal without any problems. Very satisfied to date

Took the printer home, set it up quickly and easily. Prints great copies, with numerous options. If/when it jams (usually, my fault) it is easily cleared! Great product for a low price. However, I use this at home (and for items to take to work, if needed). It does get pretty steady and heavy use at home, but am not certain of its capabilities in a strictly office setting.

Purchased this private term yo replace my 10+ year old office jet. Pluses inlude, two sided printing and scanning. Also a plus was Iindividual color ink cartridges rather than the tri-color cartridge in other models. Setup was a breeze. Price was same as simple printer several years ago. A good buy for moderate around the house use !

We do alot of printing for our volunteer groups its been great to be able to send a printing job from wherever we are and have it waiting at home.

I was seeking primarily a scanner with a good capacity auto document feeder. It’s a plus that it does a nice job printing documents as well. Set up was not terribly difficult, and I can print from smart phone, laptop, tablet. It does not seem to be the most economical as within 50 or so pages it said I was running low on ink, which 95% was done black-and-white.

This printer is very reliable. It has not had any issues since installing the printer, and setup was a breeze. It prints fast when it gets to printing. The only down side is the first thing you send to the printer starts a printer self check that takes a while, but then every print after that just shoots out.

I bought this HP to replace a new Epson that was so temperamental. I couldn't depend on it, but this HP, so far is fast and makes a great copy.

Easy to set up with fine printing quality. Did have glitch suggesting there was a paper jam when there wasn't. Troubleshooting by taking various steps to try and reset resolved problem. Ink replacement program is effective and may prove financially beneficial versus going and purchasing replacement cartridges on your own. Overall, a reliable unit that's affordable for home use.

Altho' a little on the large side, this printer is faster than others I have had and even does duplex printing. Awesome value for the money.

I am a repeat buyer of HP printers. They are very easy to set up and connect to wifi for laptops, desktops, tablets, cell phones, etc. Great quality printing with excellent colors and also great for making copies. Best Buy is very helpful, and I also love that if you bring them your old printer, they give you a discount on new HP printers.

Purchased as a gift for my parents to replace a printer. Selected this printer for the functions, the printing costs, and individual print cartridges for each color. Need a printer that would connect via wi-fi, scan, and copy. Printer has all functions needed and was simple to set up on multiple computers. Pleased with performance and function so far.

Nice HP product to have and own. Bought this item because I didn't want to pay for printing at a local store and didn't want to drive over 30 minutes just to print some documents. Easy setup, connects via wifi great and print good quality sheets.

The HP 6978 is a good replacement for my HP 6180 that failed. It was at a great price, especially after the 15% reduction for recycling my old printer. The only "wish it was different" is that there is only one paper feeder. To print 4x6 photos, you have to remove the paper, close the feeder braces to that size, and put in the 4x6 paper. My old 6180 had a separate feeder that held 4x6 paper so I didn't have to change anything to print photos at that size. An improvement over my 6180 is that, for some applications, you can print double-sided.

Very impressed with this copier. I haven’t had a single issue since setting it up. Good quality prints and the scanner works just as well.

I BOUGHT THIS PRINTER SO MY KIDS AND I CAN PRINT FROM ANY DEVICE AND FROM ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE. IT WORKS GREAT AND WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

It was easy for me to setup. It prints great. I can print from my phone.

This printer is Multi functional and easy to use. All the functions are easy to use for someone that’s not tech savvy.I love this printer.
