Okay so, I would say this is a good printer for printing documents. But I will say the pictures it prints, the ink has lines in it. Straight out of the box, which makes me think it was just defective. It is a discontinued printer and does not use the instant ink. From my research the ink cartridges should be on recall due to something that can damage the printer. I ended up actually swapping to a photo printer. I can’t get a higher or lower rating because it’s a good document printer but the ink recall... I went with the Envy 6055 which is more for photo printer.

This was the second HP Office Jet Pro wireless all in one that we have purchased. We were so please with the first units speed and quality of printing that we purchased a second one for our beach house

A very good, personal use printer. Handles the multifunctional jobs with ease. I find it to be slower than advertised with the printing, and the LCD screen is very small to use with my big fingers. Matched the online price in the store and got the printer for $109.

I bought this because my last printer started not to feed paper anymore. The ink cartridge is cheaper on this model then many of the other HP printers. But it is so new that not all the stores carry the cartridges yet. I've done online printing and that works fine.

Instructions confusing regarding faxing, using the apps, set up for wireless, etc. View screen is too small and difficult to use. Our printer came with no instructions...this should be corrected. Looking forward to be able to use all functions of the printer eventually.

Best printer ever had one befor for 8 yr. And had to get a new. So i bought the same printer lets keep this one for 8 more years.

I am 89 years young and l love this printer. It was very easy to set up by myself. The price was also good. I have no complains,

I have had this printer for a year now. When it works, it prints nice quality pages. However, it has a weird quirk with no permanent fix that I can find. The black ink will just stop printing, even though there is plenty of ink in the cartridge. I looked it up and found it is a known problem but the only way to fix it is an annoying process of unplugging everything and waiting a while before plugging it back in. Sometimes this works the first time and sometimes not. It is super frustrating.

This printer is more than I expected. I have always a printer especially a color printer. It has a fax machine and I never in my life had a fax line. I know its outdated but I got it anyway. It has a scanner that I haven't tried to use yet but looking forward to it.

I really like Brother monochrome laser printer and I don't have to worry about ink any more. The only issue I have is that my network connection gets dropped everyday! Not sure if the issue is with the printer or my comcast network.

Works well for all printing needs, except to print boolets utilizing both sides of paper, you will need to manually re-insert pages for 2nd side. Duplex printing and booklet printing are fine for all other types of printing, just not together.

Had HP printers before and they did not work well with my iMac. Hp said Apple kept changing the software, but I don't thinkHP got it right until now. This printer has done everything its claimed it could do, and best of all it works beautifully with my new iMac.

Good overall value. Certainly not the easiest to set up. Not pleased to have to use HP's Smart App for many of the printer functions.

HP quality printer. Takes a bit getting used to, not as easy to use as my last HP printer.

if it lasts as long as the one it replaced it will be around for about 5 years. HP is a work horse printer - does what is asked with minimal fuss

I am not a techie and hesitated at first to set up my printer. I got tired of waiting for someone else to do it, so I decided to try. I was amazed and proud of myself. It was easy and I’m very pleased with this printer.

Overall this is a good printer. I have the same one at work and haven't had any problems with it. The only complaint I have, is that if you haven't printed in a while, the printer takes quite a while to warm up and start printing again.

Have had HP printers in this family. This versions seems to be better than the others but works the same. Dont like the small screen for naming a Scanned file - key pad too small and too close. Fingers dont hit correct key. My hands are small.

I am very pleased with my Printer. Best Buy has great young men and ladies that explain and show you how to use the items you purchase

I love the features of the printer. My only complaint so far is that it goes off-line and I have to reconnect it to the wireless network every time I print. There may be a way to fix this, but I have not had time to look into it in depth.
