overall this printer is good for my home use so far, I would have liked it to be a tad bit faster printing pages and not taking as long to warm up if it has been idle for a day or so. But for the money, it more than fits my needs.

My 7 year old 8000 series HP Office jet, which was probably designed for Win 7 or lesser versions of Windows, when I switched from Win 7 to Win 10, it had started to lose some of its automatic functionality (like forgetting how to scan without using HP scan from the Win 10 tile section) thus a new printer was in order. This printer did come with some high recommendations and because it was on sale, it was a deal. While it performs nicely with my Win 10 software, the internal mechanism does squeak from the time of paper pick up through the entire process of printing. This is the only issue I have with it, but for a printer which is priced normally at $180.00, but apparently now sale for less, it shouldn't squeak!

Overall I like this product. Easy to copy, print, or scan. The only thing I don't like is that with a recent firmware update, HP makes the printer not function if you use any other brand or compatible replacement ink cartridges (which a lot of us buy because they are so much cheaper). There are some complicated work-arounds like downgrading the printer's firmware, but next time I'm buying a different brand that cares more about customer service than their pocketbook.

I have had this printer for about a year now and I am pleased. I signed up for the automatic ink replacement, it was easy and I don’t have to worry about buying the ink. The printer has worked wonderfully and have had no problems

I had another product that was discontinued. Amazon would replace it for about $600 plus. Not good. This printer is way better. Very smooth operations overall. Did not think I could get such a fine product for what I paid for it. Thank you.

Pleased with the features; however, it seems to use toner / ink a lot faster than I like.

I needed to replace my aging HP printer and wanted one that supported iOS's AirPrint feature. This supports that as well as has a ton of great features. For the first time ever, I've gotten Google Cloud Print to work with this machine. I'm a big fan of it.

The printer is very fast when am trying to install the ink i have to remove the orange cover in the buttom of the ink to install the ink the instruction was not clear i have to look at youtube to install on my printer otherwise i give a 5 star now its a 4 star

This printer wouldn't be the best option if you need really fast copies, or if you use a lot of color documents (ink is #SUPERExpensive), but as a basic printer with a few extra "bells and whistles," for the price it was terrific.

I really like this printer. So far I have not had but one issue with it and that was because power went out and I had to reset it so it would find my network again. Other that this printer has printed everything I have wanted from all over the house.

So far after a month the printer has met all my needs. It makes weird noises when printing but nothing seems to misprint or have issues with alignment. When at rest it does take a little longer to warm up. Would not of paid full price though, got a good sale.

I was really surprised at how easy the setup was for this printer. I was expecting it to be difficult, but I had the printer setup pretty quickly. HP makes great products. And, Best Buy made the purchase process simple.

My printer went out a couple mouth ago before I brought this one. I am very pleased with my HP. I didn’t know anything about when you turn in your old HP you will get a 15% towards a new one. I did just that.

Like always great quality uses to much ink for to high of a cost. Bought another printer that uses refillable tanks. Much cheaper and no waste.

So far, so good. My hp printer is an upgrade from an old basic printer. I am extremely happy so far, its nice to have a machine that has multifunctions that WORK! We shall see ; ink usage, consistency with no issues with light use.

We’ve had a terrible printer, very slow, UNTIL NOW! We love our new HP and will remain true to them forever! This essentially means no more Canon printers! Love their cameras...but not so much their printers! GO HP!!

No one beats Hp printers for price, dependability, and cost of ownership. Hp instant ink saves money as well as fully loaded features like document feeder, large paper tray, email material to home printer from anywhere, plus apps and energy star rated.

I bought this printer primarily to be a printer for my Windows 10 PC, but also liked the iOS printing feature. I connected it to my network via Ethernet, and it has performed admirably since installation, both from my Windows 10 PC and my iOS devices.

Good printer that takes four separate ink cartridges and prints on both sides. I like that you can print from phone, iPad or computer. Liked the printer so much that we bought one for my daughter when she went off to college.

You can't go wrong with this printer. Paid $99 for it on one of Best Buy's specials. It performs really well. Only thing is the ink is so expensive. Of course you can say this about any printer.
