I bought this printer for the all-in-one + wireless features. I have to disconnect from my firewall in order to print from my PC, which is a pain, but I think that this is a known issue common to wireless printers. When I try to scan, I get an error message stating "printer not found", even though the indicator is illuminated.. After searching all of the help topics online, I found out that I had to turn the printer off and back on again. The documents that I printed were default set @ 4x6 and I had to go in change that every time I wanted to print. Printing from a mobile device or tablet is a lot smoother, so I like that. The fax feature seems to work just fine.

HP ink is the only way to go!! Never jams in printer and will notify on screen when ink is running low! Great value when on sale. Should of bought two. Next time will stick up!!

We just got this a month ago and everything seams to be working good. Setup was easy and pretty painless. The only down fall was having to setup all the devises we have with the new app. but overall it was easy to follow the directions.

This was a replacement for another. Only had a couple months now and works well. Other models have more features but this does most of what I wanted and was on sale. Ink plan works for me so far too. Fast set up for it all and good copies.

This printer is AMAZING! I needed a new printer that would be reliable for school and with the perk of being wireless. I can be at school and print stuff to be waiting for me when I get home. It was also super easy to set up.

My 6968 printer would not print and it was almost two years old. Geek squad checked it out and told us to get another printer in exchange because we had the warranty. Be sure to buy the warranty for two years.

Good copies, everything. Instructions on shutoff are not too clear and you need to push several buttons to get it to anything. time will ease this up a bit since I'm in a learning curve. But satisfied overall with quality and price.

Ink doesn’t last like it should and can’t load a lot of paper

It works pretty well for printing and scanning. Haven't tried to do anything else with it. I've had to reset it once already since getting it but overall it's been good.

The printer has been meeting all of my needs at this time. I had some difficulty with the scanner function but it is working well now. Would like better support from HP but get excellent assistance from the Geek Squad.

This printer is the best one yet! So easy to set up, easy to use, easy to put paper in and easy to install ink. I love it!

Was in need of a new printer so I purchased it from you guys and had it delivered and installed can’t beat that

I went with HP because my last inkjet printer lasted me almost 10 years....using off-brand ink cartridges. So I purchased this new printer and just used up the ink that came with the printer. I bought the same off-brand cartridges that I've used for years to use with this new printer. Well.....HP has hijacked my printer because their firmware will NOT allow other vendor ink cartridges. Why do they care what I use in MY printer that I purchased....they don't care what gas I put in my car. I am now being forced to purchase ink at their crazy prices....and what stops them from raising the prices, they know customers cannot use other vendor ink. This is the LAST HP printer I will ever purchase.

This is a great entry level ink jet printer that also does more. The scanning function could not be more simple and I love that I can send a document to an email address HPO provided for this printer and it will print my document.

The first of many printers that will print on both sides automatically, without having to manually re-insert the paper. Love it.

This scanner/printer works well for light duty. It is pretty slow and the scanner struggles with a large scan amount. It also can be a little buggy when trying to print wirelessly. But a good price and works for light duty.

This printer has the features i want, without the bells and whistles I wouldn't use. I use the double sided printing quite a bit. I don't print anything fancy - mostly documents. I would buy it again.

I was overwhelmed looking for printers. I am now happy to say I purchased this one. It has done everything I have needed it to do, and I have never had a single problem. Highly recommend!

Printing quality is good but slow. Has trouble connecting with wife's Kindle. Would not be happy if I paid full price but got it on sale with a trade-in so it's OK.

The printer is fine. Sometimes it takes a really long time to print. It feels like everytime I print the printer has to update for ten minutes. Why can't it do that when I'm not trying to print?
