I love the fact that it does everything i nerf and i dont have to go to workforce or library for nothing it saves me time and money with convenience. My little reading space now has the capacity of a full office

Our previous HP printer had seen better days so we looked online and Best Buy had several HP's on sale. We looked over the specs and reviews and decided on this printer. We are very happy with our choice. Thanks Best Buy!!

The Printer I purchased from Best Buy was defective, and the unit they were going to replace it with was also defective. Finally, after defective unit was replaced by HP with a reconditioned unit, all is now working okay.

This printer proved to be a great bargain...plenty of features for the home print needs. When combined with the auto ink replacement deal, never have to make the cross town trip just to resupply ink.

Before I purchased this HP :Office Jet Pro, which does a fantastic job of printing, I had an HP All-in-one. It did the job for ten years and never a fit of trouble. That is why I decided to purchase another HP printer.

Does all you need and needs less attention. Accepts quite a bit of paper, so less refills. Scans, prints double-sided, and the ink required goes much farther than the model beneath this.

Bought this to replace my HP Envy 5660 that crapped out right after the warranty expired. This unit is 10 times what my last one was. Little hard to get set up but well worth it. Sale price was nice too!

Not a fan. Ink cartridges are expensive and empty quickly. Miraculously though they last a lot longer when subscribed to HP Instant Ink every month….things that make you go hmmmm. Also the paper feeder sucks and jams all the time and good luck with customer service in India, you get nowhere.

Good value on all in one printer! I had the same on and when it wore out I liked it so much I purchased another.

Nice printer but a little difficult to set up in the end. Surprised since I had the same series and that was much easier to set up

Purchased the printer for my cubicle instead of walking up to the office printer every hr. It does its job. Cost less than 100 for the convenience of not having to get up to the office printer across the room.

This printer/scanner/copier is a great little beast for home use. It has the all-important duplexing capability. I like the fact that the ink cartridges are individualally replacable.

So far so great! Im loving my new printer specially when im using it to print labels. Its perfect and without hurting your pocket

Inexpensive... but it really isn't about the price of the printer. It is about selling INK by HP. The printer crinkles the paper periodically. A little annoying. Overall, pleased with the printer. Great wi-fi capable.

Printer/copier is fine. Setting up was a bit of a problem in locating the correct software on the web site for this model. HP could also provide better instructions for Instant Ink when replacing a prior printer.

I've used this in my small practice since I purchased this year. It does well for the amount of paperwork my office creates. The only problem was not purchasing more black ink.

I had trouble in setting up. Phone cable goes in the back of the printer; it was problematic. It took 2 sessions with Geek Squad to install. Then went offline- another session with Geek Squad. Still does not fax.

So far it’s pretty good. I miss my HP printer however for the sale price and what I need, this has been great so far for my printing needs. Just make sure your have the paper catcher out. Or you’ll have papers everywhere!

I use this alot for business and home, ink runs out fast , however it does a great job. Mostly use it to scan documents so feeder option must be good quality. So far so good. Highly recommend. Only downfall is its slow printing.

Christmas present for son-in-law. It performs very well for him and he's very pleased with the printer.
