I was unhappy with my current printer which wasn't that old. I researched printers for some time before purchasing this one. It installed flawlessly without any issues. This printer produces excellent, fast copies.

Had a Canon before and replaced it with this HP. The HP is a faster printer and quality is great. Also love the HP cartridge subscription service. No more running to the store in a crunch and buying cartridges.

Great price and easy to use. Had trouble setting it up at first but once i followed the instructions it is working fine. It is exactly what i need for a great price. Highly recommend it.

This all in one was easy to set up and easy to start using. Wish it used the same ink as my old HP but oh well. I use the scan feature ALL OF THE TIME and it's super easy and has worked perfectly.

Finally, a user friendly product with easy WI-FI set up and no problems.. Have (3) computers set up for remote printing and not one issue! Thanks HP!!

I'm one, who generally sticks with a brand. HP printers have the technology and affordability that holds my patronage. This printer is very quiet. The copies are crisp and clear. I enjoy the instant ink feature, cool.

I purchased this printer to replace my aging Officejet 6500. Overall performance is as good as or slightly better than the 6500 it replaces. Startup time is greatly improved. Overall, a good printer for general home use.

I've only had item for two weeks, but everything seems to work properly and have had no issues so far.

Great all in one printer. Easy to setup. Only issue is that it was so cheap that when it comes to replacing the ink I will probably just buy another printer, because the ink cost just as much as the printer.

I was convinced that instant ink was the way to go. I don't like spending money each month toward my ink supply. When I turn my printer on it says not connected I don't understand why.

So far, so good. No complaints. This printer replaced my older version and I am content with the purchase.

Some connectivity issues concerning wi-fi and isnt very fast, but it prints great quality and is easy to setup and use.

This was a replacement for the exact same printer that the ink stopped working. Obviously, I really like it.

For an all-in-one it's very fast. The only thing that I don't like is that it consistently shoots out a blank sheet of paper before it starts printing. I'm assuming that there's a fix; I just haven't found it yet.

The printer is quite good. Set up instructions were/are awful. And trying to contact HP was impossible. After much trial and error, it now works fine. Getting used to slight changes. The jury is still out.

Printer quality is great but the printer sound is loud when printing.
