After reading the reviews for this printer, I knew it would meet all of my requirements. The setup procedures were easy to follow and the instructions were very step by step. I found the quality of printing to be excellent along with copying. Loved how easy it was to load the ink cartridges. Just a little dissatisfied that the instructions for setting up the fax were confusing.

I have used HP products for at least 20 yrs.Tried other brand but returned for a trusted HP. last printer was 9 yrs old. I plan wore it out.

Purchased this printer because I couldn't purchase ink for my old HP workhorse in store any longer. I told the clerk what I needed and he showed me several but suggested this model. It was easy to set up, easy to registered and I was able to sign up for the automatic ink. So far it's working perfectly for printing & copying...I haven't used the fax or scan function yet.

My old HP cartridges died out after 5 years, so I was looking for a printer for my home office. After 1 week use, I enjoy the printer, the print quality is good and it is quick. The only down side if there is one, it could be noisy when printing, but I can deal with it. Other than that, the HP 6978 is performing well. I got it on sale, so that was an added plus.

Good printer for everyday printing- also prints from iPhone- scan and fax functions. Replaced an older Officejet with this and am satisfied.

I had to replace my All-In-One HP Printer because after several years it bit the dust! I purchased this printer on a sale and have been more than pleased with it. The quality of print is superb. The big positive for me is that I can print from my PC, my iPad and my iPhone. I can only hope this printer gives me the many years that my other printer gave me.

A pretty easy printer to use. It was a little difficult figuring out how to install the cartridges, but am sure it will come with time.

We bought this printer as we are rarely in the office when using emails not associated with work. Printing from iPads or phones always involved going to the office. This printer has eliminated that and allowed much greater convenience with very good quality printed pages. Only had it for two weeks or it may have received 5 stars. So far so good!

Initial and basic set-up was easy, but I had to make contact with HP two or three times to get all the features working properly. Seems to print documents well and photos very well. I've seen streaking a couple of times and followed the cleaning instructions in each case but don't understand why that should be a problem on a new printer.

I needed to replace my printer at home. I was looking for another HP printer similar to one I use at work. The HP Officejet Pro 6978 Wireless All-In-One was an excellent choice. It was easy to setup and I can print wirelessly from my iPhone and iPad. When I decided on this printer I found there was a price match which saved me even more than the sale price.

I did loads of research on the HP printer and this is the one we picked. I like the 4 in 1 functionality. The sales rep knew less that I did about the product (I've been in the IT industry for 35 years). So when I would catch him an a lie, I had to bring it to his attention. One thing I DID NOT like about the sales rep, was his poor knowledge about the ink program. Bottom line we love the printer. and would suggest it to anyone

I print quite often as I take online classes. I like this better than the 6968 model I previously had for my husband's and my business.

Nice HP product to have and own. Bought this item because I didn't want to pay for printing at a local store and didn't want to drive over 30 minutes just to print some documents. Easy setup, connects via wifi great and print good quality sheets.

Bought the JetPro to replace my Photosmart 6520. Use it mostly for printing and scanning. It's a great work horse. Easy setup and use.

Excellent product for the money. Easy to use interface for those of us who choose to not read manuals. Nice easy to use quality scanner.

Sometimes it does not want to print, it might be the one I got. Otherwise, it works well. I have had it for two years so I am waiting for something to go wrong, I hope it doesn't.
