So far so good. Havent had many issues yet. Just a scanning issue briefly. Dont think it was reading the connection. All is good now. Was a little annoying to set up. But finally did it. Over all a good product so far.

I love HP products but this printer left me frustrated. The noise level from this small printer is excessive. The page per minute was less than advertised.

I went to the store to have my old printer serviced and it turned out I needed to replace it entirely. I ended up with this new model and haven't looked back since. It's a great printer, does everything I need it to.

Replace a printer that only lasted a year. This one has not posed any problems and will soon be entering year two. It also gives plenty of warning when the ink is getting depleted.

Went inside the brick and mortar store to make the purchase. Had good advice from the Best Buy Associate. Hook up at home was easy after a few updates to my laptop. I do like HP printers.

The printer is nice stay wireless connected to my life top fine but will not stay wirelessly connected to my desk top.

Nice copies but wifi connection not as instant as my previous HP 6820

A good HP product for home office or small office. Prints 2 sided which reduces the amount of paper used and also the HP ink program is working well. Ink arrived in just days after purchase.

This printer is awesome. I have purchased several lower price HP printers and the never worked properly.

This printer has a lot of features for the price. Although setup was easy, there were a couple of connectivity problems and HP customer service online fixed them to my great satisfaction.

Absolutely wonderful! Very dependable. The screen is in color which is a an upgrade from the other printers.

We always buy HP products and have never been disappointed. This is the first time we had to purchase a new printer because our previous one stopped working. Other times we just upgraded. Great product for the price.

This is is a very nice printer and scanner. It also faxes although I have not used that yet. It's nice to have a reliable printer for school. I do lots of printing and this does a great job and double sided as well!

Had an earlier model and purchased this one because everything was the same even the cartridge numbers

I tried all the functions, fax, copy, print and scan. It worked as expected. No issues so far. The printer menu is stored inside the printer screen, which is very helpful and convenient.

I bought this printer to replace an old, outdated printer. When I got it home, it was the easiest printer I've ever connected. The print quality is great and the features are exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent printer had the old model and it lasted for 10 years so I bought the new model it is great as well

The best part is that I can call them (Geek S) any time because I'm not a tech person so my problem is solved. It really saves the ink! for me it last longer. I'm happy with the printer.

The printer is great, etc. but the set up was a problem. After I called HP for help there was one section of the download that wasn’t necessary and once unchecked the download went smoothly.
