I've only had item for two weeks, but everything seems to work properly and have had no issues so far.

For ease of use I bought the same printer after the original stopped working since I thought it would be easier to install.

This printer has many great attributes. I love how it can print double sided, 1 to 2 pages; 2 to 1, black, and color. The only thing I wish it did was to enlarge or shrink.

The printer I came in for wasn't available and I couldn't be happier. The salesperson showed me this HP and I was sold. The "best" at Best Buy.

Purchased this a year ago, and added the 100 page ink plan. Still going strong and use it almost daily. Very pleased with this printer

It was easy to prepare for printing and the paper tray's latch opening allows for easy paper feed when the paper runs out. If you get it right you do not need to stop the printer for re-loading.

Absolutely wonderful! Very dependable. The screen is in color which is a an upgrade from the other printers.

It's a good printer but info that came with printer was not very informative on how to change settings, setting up to print from computer. But it's pretty good especially since it was on sale for about $80

Nice copies but wifi connection not as instant as my previous HP 6820

This printer is awesome. I have purchased several lower price HP printers and the never worked properly.

Excellent printer had the old model and it lasted for 10 years so I bought the new model it is great as well

Like it so far. Don't use it much. Somewhat disappointed when I realized it doesn't have photo printing.so far so good

This is the second HP Officejet that I have bought. The first lasted 8 years, that is why I bought a second one. Seems to use less ink than the first one, I won.

Had an earlier model and purchased this one because everything was the same even the cartridge numbers

I scored the printer on sale at Best Buy for my teenagers that were doing online summer school. The printer has held up, I wish the scan feature was a little faster but... it gets the job done!

no problems so far, however it always prints double sided have to remember to go in and correct that for each print job. I'm sure i'm missing some radio button to turn that feature off.

only an ok printer, a hassle to set up on network, if you can get it going it scans and prints just fine.....

Its a good printer, but it seems as if my in going fax do not come in but it goes out bound, so that is quiet frustrating. but overall its a good printer

I absolutely hate this printer! My sister has the same exact one and she can't stand it either. It goes through a printer maintenance WAY TOO often. I have to wait about 3 minutes for it to finish before anything will print. It's frustrating as hell. The print quality is just fine though.
