I didn't realize just how handy my fax, scanner, printer/copier would be. But it saves me time & money for not having to go to a kinkos for what I can get out of this machine. I use it all of the time

This printer is good for the price. Still can't get it to scan to my computer so not happy about that. Once it's loaded on your computer, kind of difficult to troubleshoot issues.

The printer I came in for wasn't available and I couldn't be happier. The salesperson showed me this HP and I was sold. The "best" at Best Buy.

We purchased this printer after having poor performance with other brands. The main feature was the instant ink plan. It prints clearly and does well with card stock and other types of paper.

I should have set it up online first, rather than plugged in to my system. Now it is fighting me to get it online so I can work away from my office.

For ease of use I bought the same printer after the original stopped working since I thought it would be easier to install.

This printer is a good home printer, I got this one to replace the one we had that dyed after 5 yrs

Print quality is very good. Interface with my computer is quick. The hp plug-in didn't work with my galaxy 7. I just use the email address for the printer instead.

Easy to install and connect to computers, employee at Best Buy very helpful and I accepted the offer from the employee to carry the printer out to my car. I have never had a bad experience with Best Buy.

Printing is pretty smooth, however, the top scan feeder is horrid - it leaves streak marks when you attempt to scan something that is 2 sided. Most of the time the files are corrupted or not useable when I have used my flash drive. So far the wifi feature for scanning and uploading keeps giving me server errors. Solid for what I need it to do but the scan feature is disappointing.

this all in one has a scan to email feature which my other printwr didnt have. the cartridges are a ljttle tricky at first in trying to get the cap off but a quick turn of the cap does it.

This printer has many great attributes. I love how it can print double sided, 1 to 2 pages; 2 to 1, black, and color. The only thing I wish it did was to enlarge or shrink.

I bought this model, since I had the one that was right under this one and it lasted 3 months and then stopped working! HP would not replace it!! I would recommend buying Best Buys replacement plan!!

This all in one color printer has every feature needed for home use at a very reasonable price.

This is the second HP Officejet that I have bought. The first lasted 8 years, that is why I bought a second one. Seems to use less ink than the first one, I won.

This printer has solved my home office needs perfectly. It’s wireless connection does not drop like my last printer. Sometimes the double sided printing struggles or else this would be a five star.

I absolutely hate this printer! My sister has the same exact one and she can't stand it either. It goes through a printer maintenance WAY TOO often. I have to wait about 3 minutes for it to finish before anything will print. It's frustrating as hell. The print quality is just fine though.
