This printer has better performance overall. Compared to the hp Office jet 4502 aio.

This photocopy machine is the best. It has value for your money. I would recommend it to anybody.

The printer does everything listed as an all in one, the instant ink program is awesome, it orders the ink for you once enrolled and touch screen is a plus. Add web printing and it's a must buy.

Printer works well and as advertised. Should come with full ink cartridges instead of a minimum amount to sustain for a short time and then have to replace. Inconvenient.

Not happy with my purchase. My printer that was replaced by this is also an HP printer. I was very satisfied with it. I had it for over 10 years so I wanted another HP to replace it. Sadly, I should not have purchased this printer. I'm not happy with the print quality and the print cartridges I received were bad and had to be thrown away and replaced with new ones.

Good All in one printer and Fax. Comes with the Automatic Documente Feeder so it is very practical and fast. You can also use it to scan to email or PC or just make copies. Great machine.

This printer is very easy to use. We love the wifi connection. Send documents straight from our phone. Was perfect with the resent home schooling.

hard to work with it. I went on line to get a manual. still found it not user friendly. My wife has given up on it. Se wants to go back to the old printer.

This office Jet Pro is as good as advertised. I have already scanned and faxed documents for my tax preparer that saved me a lot of time. Copying in color is also great.

Everything went well except for the easy ink account. I went through the entire process only to get an error at the end saying HP was offline.

This HP printer & copier is a replacement for a Canon printer. It prints & copies very nicely and does 2 sided printing and copying. Separate cartridges is a plus, and we buy the XL types.

This is a great printer! I wish I could figure out how to work HP Smartprint, but other than that, it is a great printer! Definitely would recommend!

This is not a photo printer, nor is that what I needed. However, this printer/copier/fax/scanner should meet most peoples needs within the home. After all, this isn't for the office.

I've only had this HP printer for a month but it is functioning very well so far. Set up directions were a little unclear and cumbersome but once I got it up and running I've had no problems.

Had a little trouble downloading the software, but finally managed it. Scanning is much faster than what I previously had. Great sale price. Very happy with my purchase.

Always an HP purchaser, this printer has been okay but it is noisy and tends to lose its online connectivity.

Got the printer on sale with an HP printer recycle rebate as well, at recommendation of knowledgeable sales clerk. Good printer bought at a good store. (Best Buy on Butterfield in Downers Grove)

My only concern about the printer is that it needs to run a check on the printer itself. This seems to happen to frequently. I like the varied features of the product otherwise.

Wasn’t sure about this one before I bought it. Thankful I did. My last printer stopped working on me , the rollers wouldn’t pick up the paper. Really enjoy this one!
