Looked over the internet for a decent printer that would last awhile. Reviews for this were kind and we decided to buy it. We have not been disappointed since, it has worked fine.

As always, these printers are awesome. Only reason for a new printer was because we ran the old one until we killed it. Went right back to HP for one reason: quality.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my parents. They are able to print from their phones and their laptop. Picture quality is good and text documents are perfect.

The equipment is fine. However, I am a relatively new tech user and has to get use to the equipment.

I have always been a Canon Inkjet printer purchaser, but I think that i have found a competitor! This machine not only looks nice but it also runs flawlessly!

this model prints good, however it is VERY LOUD, as others have stated. When it turns on and off, and also when it prints. I hope that this is all normal, and that it's not ready to break.

It is a good all in one printer, you get what you pay for it is always a great deal. When it is time for ink get the XL the regulars empty way to fast.

I finally have a printer! It's a great printer, though I can't really compare it to anything else since I've went so long with a printer/scanner/copier. Love it.

I have had two HP printers in the past. They have all been reliable and of good quality.

Only had this a couple of days, and it works now, but it took me many hours to get it to work, including a call to HP's tech support (and good luck finding THAT phone number on the HP website). During installation a bewildering array of different windows pop up asking you to do God knows what for who knows what reason. Surely it should not be THIS complicated to install a printer! Last time I bought a new printer, you plugged it in, downloaded the drivers and off you went. No more, my friend, no more.

Paper jams. When I first started using it, it had paper jams. I "fluff" the paper up before putting it in the tray and that seems to help. When printing several pages, it seems to grab 2 pages and print part of a page on one paper and the other part on the next paper. The only way to prevent this is to print on both sides of the paper. This is the first HP printer that I've had problems with. Not easy to set up with the computer. Won't scan as pdf. either.

Printer would not power down via the switch. Had to unplug then replug to get to work.

OVERALL ITS BEEN A GOOD PRINTER. ITS RATHER LARGE... HOPE THAT THE INK ISNT TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE.

My other HP printer was having issues printing blank pages. Tried cleaning the printhead to no avail. Bought this one on sale. Happy with this printer so far!

Love my new printer The remote print feature is a game changer. Able to print from the field all the time. Lock the renew your ink plans saves ton of money.

Everything is fine. I still haven’t figured correct scan procedure yet, but still trying.

This printer has worked perfectly for my normal home use. The only issue that I have seen is I feel like I have to change the ink a little sooner than the previous printer.

This is a god printer for the price. I think it prints a little slow but great for a home printer
