This All-In-One printer is great for our family needs. The print quality is clear and crisp, and the printer does it's job quickly.

This is a great printer. Easy set up and prints amazingly fast. The reason for the 4 star, ( I could not give it a 4.5 like I wanted) is the slide out drawer for the finished printed paper is not as strong as I would have liked along with the hinges in the back when you lift up to change ink... . be gentle... otherwise very happy with my purchase.

It works well printing from my phone. I like the separate ink cartridges if one runs out do not have to throw the other colors out.

This printer was quick and easy to set-up and does just about everything you would need it to do. I highly recommend this printer.

I purchased this printer after no longer being able to get ink for my Lexmark printer. It does the job and access via Wifi is pretty easy. It has easy ink so I don’t have to worry about running out of ink. It has all the basic of functions you need. Would recommend as inexpensive replacement for basic printing.

This unit was easy to setup using barcode that comes with unit to activate an App. Printing is very good as well as the scanning. Have not faxed but it should work well for that as well. Ink is expensive if you buy larger cartridges just over $100. Hope they last a long time. I like printing from my iPhone and my MacBook pro.

I go through allot of printers. This one was easy to set up and I did not run into any issues. My usual problem with printers is they don't last and the printer ink doesn't last as long as they claim. So far after a couple months I have been pleasantly surprised. No quality issues. I purchased the 50 month print plan. No issues with that so far.

Basically, a good All-in-One printer. Print quality and speed are excellent. Official HP ink cartridges cost $36.00/each. Set-up was pretty easy and product registration helped facilitate the set-up. Connection to home wi-fi was troublesome, but eventually solved. When you power up this printer, it seems to take a LONG time before it is ready to print....??

Printer is excellent. I am able to scan several sheets of paper at one time. This printer was recommend from another colleague.

Quick printing color printer on small footprint. Scanning takes a little longer than some but not bad. Easy setup, worth the money.

So glad I purchased the Office JetPro All-in-One wireless Instant Ink Printer. Easy set up and easy to use. I love the Ink program. Receive ink in the mail before needed. Easy to understand ink program and pages used. Cost for ink program is minimal compared to having to order ink cartridges. Fax works very well and copies come out nicely.

I purchased this printer and I love it. The set up was easy compared to the Epson I returned. The print quality is great in both black and color. The only down side is the printing is rather noisy when it is picking up the paper from the tray to print. Also, the printer is big and bulky but it gets the job done quickly.

This HP OfficeJet 6978 replaced an HP 7520 PhotoSmart which did a great job of copying, faxing, and printing (docs, photos, etc.) This printer does not have a photo inkjet, but it does a very good job of printing color documents and photos. It's noisier than my old printer, but it does a good job of copying, faxing, and printing.

I had to replace my old HP all in one (ink dried in the head). Setup was easy and wireless! There is no CD, everything is done online and via the computer. Nice copy functions like when you need to make a copy of a front and back ID card you can do it without reloading the paper. Prints front and back page items without reloading the page.

Easy to set up. Got it on my network within 10 minutes. Got all the settings set where I wanted within a hour off my computer.

This is a good printer for low volume demands. These are very dependable and easy to use. Ink lasts a long time unlike Epson and others that dry out really fast. Almost sets itself up.

The product is good so far. I haven’t use it much but it is very easy to use and you can print wireless from your phone anywhere.

I read the reviews before deciding to get this. We love it! It is so convenient to be able to print from my phone or laptop!!
