Totally satisfied with this product. Best Buy is my new "go to" for electronics.

Still getting used to this printer. Have not figured out how to get it to print back-to-back yet. Still getting used to it and finding surprises at times.

This is a good printer at a decent price. One caveat, as is the case with HP printers these days, this comes with only "set-up" ink cartridges. They don't last long.

I've always like HP printers and this is the same. Scanner feeder is really good! Normally they are not, but this one is really good! Glad I bought this!

I cannot connect to the internet with an unauthorized device on campus; this one allows me to connect via usb - a rarity nowadays. Works perfectly for my needs.

Printer was easy to set up and works well after 1 month. Ink prices are ridiculous and the cartridges run out fast, that’s why printers are so inexpensive.

Bought this one to replace my old hp that kept losing wireless printing capabilities. This one has been great. I also like the fact that it prints double sided automatically.

So far the printer is fine. Sometimes when the paper comes out it tends to be off but I guess I need to play with it some more since this is my first time using hp printer

Great printer. had a similar one prior to this and all of a sudden just quit working.

Suoer easy set up old one was not working off of wireless connection and dint have a usb input so I am glad I can connect more then one way the the hp pro version.

It’s a good multifunction device overall. No regrets. The paper exit tray feels a little cheap but the design is not bad.

Currently without it. Might have been a paper jam but nothing is there and still will not function

We use the printer a lot and have had no problems. You don’t have to get online to scan, which is a plus. My daughter like the way it prints/loads for double sided printing.

This printer was just what I needed. My only complaint is that it seems to go to sleep and go offline regularly and can be difficult to re-engage

I haven't had any problems with this product & it does double sided scanning.

Bought it, set it up and it works. No issues so far. Replaced a 7210 that was mainly having software issues and then repeated instances of print cartridge coming up as having isuue.

Great all-in-one printer to go for routine home printing and scanning needs.

Can’t beat the value for th Me price! I’m a teacher and use the printer everyday to print dozens and dozens of classroom aids. The WiFi future is magical!

Excellant printer that will do things that I haven't yet discovered.

Only had it for about a year and a half. It just died on me popping up an error that there is a paper jam, followed the instructions and even reset the device. Printed 1 page and then paper jam. There is no paper jam. The other one I bought cannot seem to stay connected to the network. Just bad luck with these and HP recently.
