Over all, it's good for the multi purpose tasks. Only problem is, sometimes there is a persistent connectivity problem when the internet connection is not stable.

Have problems connecting with windows 10 on occasion. Tried to fix on my own but no success. Will try calling ho in future if cannot fix problems with connectivity.

Loading on more than two computers became a difficulty. Had to contact HP help line to get them to solve the problem. It took them over 2 hrs but finally got it working.

Only had it for about a year and a half. It just died on me popping up an error that there is a paper jam, followed the instructions and even reset the device. Printed 1 page and then paper jam. There is no paper jam. The other one I bought cannot seem to stay connected to the network. Just bad luck with these and HP recently.

Exchanged for another printer, Best Buy very accompanying, ended up with an Epson printer that fits the desk, but I still like the HP better because it holds more Ink.

Love the printer feature of performing a regular Maintenance. Excited about the printer ability to Print on both sides in producing a document.

It prints on both sides! I didn't know it did that. I use it as an amateur playwright to make hard copies of my scripts so I can go through and edit them easier that way.

I've never had a problem with this printer. It has worked well and I've been using hp's ink program, which has saved me money over the last year.

Took longer to set it up and ensure wireless connection than I expected,’. But, I love being able to print when my laptop is in any room of the house.

The machine works well; however, the scanning from loading tray appears to always include a slight tilt which can be corrected post scan, but does require additional effort.

startup and functioning instructions were sparse. It directed you to follow the prompt on the small screen. some prompts were intuitive others were difficult to interpret .

This printer has been nothing but a headache. I bought it 7.5 months ago and it has been acting up for at least 5 of those months. It keeps giving messages that it's out of paper when there's a stack of paper inside the machine. Originally it would let me restack the paper and put it back in the printer and it would work, but not lately. Now it not only does this, but it also spits out multiple pages of paper at once when it finally does decide to print, printing part of the one page document on all 4-5 pieces of paper that it projects from the machine. I have owned HP printers for many years now, but I think this one is going to be my last because I just can't take the stress any longer. This should not have started acting up this soon after purchasing and I should not have to get HP brand printer paper to make the machine work properly. I have also used the same brand of paper for years and do not understand why it should be a problem all of a sudden. The sad part is that when it does finally print, the copies look great. It's just not worth the aggravation when every time you want to print something, the machine gives you grief.

I purchased this printer for my son who’ A freshman in college. He put it together and said that he loved it. I just glad that we made the right choice.

I bought this for the multi functions available. So far it has performed as I hoped it would with quite ease. The software is much more advanced than my last two printers.

I bought it because I needed to scan paperwork, for the price I think is a good printer. It doesn’t scan as fast as maybe other scanners but it does the job.

The printer operation is flawless, but the screen is so small you need a magnifying glass. The new HP Instant Ink is a great program that accompanies the printer. Bravo.

This is a nice compact printer with a full set of features! My only complaint is the speed (a little slow) and the ink cartridges that are different that previous models.

I've used HP printers for 20 years. This one was very easy to install and set up. Fax and scan work great. Prints fast. I would recommend this product.
