Good printer, good price. All in one, scan, print and fax.

I like the speed of the printer and copier. The quality is great. Signing up for the instant ink delivery program was a wonderful decision. It is much less expensive and you don't have to worry about running out and needing to go to the store for ink. Set up was easy. Couldn't be happier with my purchase of the HP Office Pro 6978

I needed a printer that is a little smaller than my HP8610 so I looked online at all the reviews. This one looked like the one I needed. I was correct. It is small enough for my new office but still does everything I need to get done! I love the automatic feeder! It's easy to operate and I got it on sale so I'm a happy camper!

My old printer fax went on a fast crash. Picked this one up with fast easy setup by my daughter.been going strong ever since.

I researched dozens of printers (all in ones) and this one by far does the most for the money. So far, it's been great! Easy to set up... one touch. Ink is easy to change. Printing is fast and clear. Photos print beautifully. I have not yet tried to print remotely but I will add info as i try things. I Recommend this printer.

This printer has fax, scan, copy and scan capability. I really like the device. It works great and there is an HP app that you can place on your cell phone that allows you to print from your cell and I can place a document on the printer feeder and use my cell phone to select the scan feature. I love it.

I dont do a lot of printing, however, needed a printer I could print, fax, scan, email, etc. I have a small home office and it definitely gets the job done for what I needed. I can even email my printer, if Im not home, and it will print what I emailed. Very convenient, especially for the great price!!

A replacement for an older HP photo printer. This has many more capabilities but it seems to be very stable and the scanning function works well. What is very impressive is its ability to copy/scan two sided documents. The small footprint is especially nice and its ability to take XL ink cartridges.

The HP Officejet Pro 6978 is a excellent multifunction printer (print, copy, scan & fax). Conveniently easy to use and it doesn’t take up too much desk space. HP software makes it a cinch to scan documents and photos. HP InstaInk service also makes replacing ink a breeze for an inexpensive fee.

Does everything as promised plus more. Prints and Scans on reverse sides. No more turning the damp paper over to print on the opposite side only to have it jam in the printer. Easy setup. Prints, Faxes, Scans, Copy and connects to the Web. Inks more expensive than previous printer but I'll get over it. Highly recommend it.

Good quality printing. Fairly easy to set up. Great customer service from Best Buy when I ordered online & arrived quickly. Signed up for the HP instant ink, & think I will like that and save money.

I've used this multi-function printer for about a month and am quite pleased with its capabilities and speed. HP has significantly improved the printer-setup process & computer-linking, which is now extremely easy. The only thing missing is an integrated ability to fax over the Internet directly from the all-in-one printer.

I purchased this in January 2019 to replace an older HP Deskjet D110 printer. So far the printer has been functioning like it should. It was an easy setup. I did not have any issues connecting it to my wifi. The LCD is bright and easy to navigate. There are a lot of features but I may not take advantage of everything like the fax and will probably not use the scanning much. But those features are great to have. I like that the ink colors are separated. So if Red is empty, you can just replace just that cartridge. The duplex feature is also a great feature. Saves on paper. The only negatives that I see so far is the size of the printer and some times, it looses connection to my computer. So I have to turn off the printer and turn it back on. But I am not really sure if it is my printer or my network or my computer.

For home use this printer does everything I need it to do. Was on sale and got a great price for an all-in-one printer.

This is a terrific printer that is very easy to set up and use. The set up only takes moments, and the print quality is out of this world. I was also very shocked at how quickly this thing would print and shoot copies out. I seem to go through printers rather quickly, but I think this is one i will probably stick with for wile.

Easy set-up, nice online support from HP. Light weight, somewhat smaller footprint than our older, heavier desktop printer. Very clear, crisp black and white printing. On the downside, color is somewhat muddy, I.e. off! This is very disappointing. I would recommend this if color clarity is not a prime requirement.

This printer works well for my needs. Similar HP printer that i use for work. Bought it at a phenomenal price too. A+

Set-up was super easy and self explanatory. I even signed up for ink refills that are automatically sent by Best Buy.
