    I have a hard time getting it to connect to my computer it gives me a error code and it says that it is offline and it is hard to get it to print

    This replaces my HP Photosmart printer. Easy to unbox and set up. Holds about 100 pages at a time. Easy to replace ink cartridges. Nice!

    In my computer cabinet it is very dark and a bit hard to run. Getting the hang of it. Sometimes need a flashlight. Photos came out lovely

    I have trouble scanning to my computer as it wants to connect to my old printer (which has been deleted). Scanning to the usb stick works fine.

    I could not complete the full printer software download and the tech person that logged into my pc from HP advised I needed to purchase a newer printer that was compatible with Windows 11. My pc tech said not true, it just takes manual entry instead of automatic one.

    I have had a few problems using the product. I can't learn how to scan multiple pages through the feeder instead of scanning 1 page at a time.

    I've used this printer for over a month and never had an issue using the wired or wireless networks for printing. Airprint works great too!
