It was simple to set up and works great, I have always bought hp products they are great.

A common complaint is that HP black inkjets mysteriously stop working. That's whar happened - so it was cheaper to buy a new one.

Solid cheap, no-frills printer. The color printing for pictures is not very good. Color for word documents is totally adequate. Only scans things up to 300 dpi.

We were looking for a multi function printer for our home. The HP fit our needs and was not very expensive or have functions we did not need.

Challenging to install. The wireless feature works for printing but not for scanning to the computer. One way communication.

I have really liked this printer. So much I bought a second one for my home office! It works great - was a great value, too.

HP does it all. It was recommended by a salesperson and it is a great printer, copier, and fax machine. You will be happy you purchased it

After reviewing our options and costs, decided to go with the HP Officejet Pro 6978. The low cost insurance added reassurance for the future.

Would have rated this printer higher, as it’s a good versatile unit, but it’s my second one. My first one did last a few years, but only used it sparingly and the printer head went, which is not replaceable. Ridiculous that they make these expensive printers as disposable items.

after phone discussion, the cost of this improved replacement was far less than an attempted repair to my old printer.

previous printer was destroyed by lightning - this printer seemed to offer best value - prefer HP printers one other brands

This is a very good product. I will purchase it product again. I would recommend this product.

This all in one printer works well overall. It seems to use up ink quickly & have to replace cartridges often. That can be costly overtime.

Works good I love it and it has everything I need on it

In my computer cabinet it is very dark and a bit hard to run. Getting the hang of it. Sometimes need a flashlight. Photos came out lovely

I believe that this H.P. Device is a very good product. It’s better than what I’ve had in Dell products in the past.

This replaces my HP Photosmart printer. Easy to unbox and set up. Holds about 100 pages at a time. Easy to replace ink cartridges. Nice!

Service for the return of a HP printer with a bad print head was quick and easy. The Customer Service Agent handled the return very promptly.

Easy set up and it's wireless. In less than 20 minutes, I could print from my laptop, Apple iPad and my iPhone! Love it.

Love it, works great. I bought to replace HP ENVY which gave me problems within less than a month of owning it. So far so good with this one!
