    I think I got a lemon. The paper jams at the feed every single time. I have spent 4 hours on the phone with 2 different tech support people, who were very kind and helpful. But we couldn't get it fixed. I am getting a replacement. This model is no long manufactured. It works on a 2G network (doesn't like my 5G), and it is not Windows 11 compatible, so the drivers will not download.
