    The printer is the hardest one I have ever set up, it wasn't just take out of the box and plug in. There was a lot of steps, I had to watch a You Tube video on how to set the printer up if not for You Tube I don't know if I could have completed the set up. The touch screen is hard to use also. My least favorite printer ever.
