Especially it’s wi-fi connection and air print. My old printer started to not be recognized after overnight in sleep mode. This forced me to turn printer off and restart each day to print! I worked with Hp and changing setting etc. Did not fix. So I figured new printer would start working like it used too. Nope! Now Hp tells me this printer has to use 2.4 (old). network to maintain connection!? Won’t work with dual band modems! What!? This was never mentioned before! Of course only a much more expensive printer will work says HP! Guess I’ll live with daily off/on till next printer. It won’t be an HP!

I have only had this printer for 3 weeks and the screen on it went completely white and would not respond to touch. I had to unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in just to get the screen to come back. Then by doing that I had to reprogram everything. So far not a big fan of it but we will see.

A) It does 10-15 minute maintenance whenever you turn it on, or when you haven't used it for a few days B) Printing is significantly slower than my old Canon C) You can't scan to computer - even with HP Smart installed on my computer, and a cable connection, they can't find each other. D) Even if you put the documents straight into the scan feeder, all scanned documents are very crooked. E) It's an inkjet, so forget about highlighting any documents since they smear immediately. Granted, this one is on me for getting an inkjet, but again, no redeeming features. F) When it gets idle it often doesn't notices when I've sent a print job, and I need to stop and restart the print job multiple times before it figures it out.

- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:
