Great sales staff in my local store, and easy install. As this model at regular price was similar in price to the HP printer I was replacing, I thought (shame on me) that features would be similar. They appeared to be on the BB website. That said after owning it 2 days I discovered there is no option on the display screen to scan multiple pages into one doc, nor no displayed option to scan to PDF. Went to the HP help site to find a solution. They did offer one requiring manual intervention (seriously?) but directions for Windows 10 were not accurate. In the middle of typing feedback to HP re why their solution did not work, the window closed. I was given the option to pay $19.95 for personalized help. No thank you. If you need a very basic 4 in 1, you will be happy. If you need to scan multiple pages to a PDF, purchase a different model or manufacturer.

Ink is pricey but it’s and awesome copier. It connected easily.

Bought this unit to replace my HP Inkjet OfficePro 8600 which had lost it's scanning capabilities and could not be resurrected. I particularly wanted to have the scan function as this is a feature I use more frequently than not. Since I purchased the unit last month, I have been unable to get the scan feature in the new model to work. I will be uninstalling and reinstalling the software again. The copy feature that does work is slow to warm up and now, a few weeks into use, the unit has developed a black line on copies when using the automatic feed feature. At least my prior unit didn't develop the line until I had had it for a few years. In fairness, the fax feature does work. Knowing the built-in obsolescence of computer/support products, we didn't want to spend more that $100 on a printer that likely wouldn't work after a few years; however, we never expected an HP product to be this much of a dud from the "get-go".

Works great. Able to integrate with our business software without any issues.
