    This printer worked fine when first installed. A few weeks later, I tried to print something and my laptop could not connect. I probably have to uninstall and reinstall the printer software on my hardware, but who wants to deal with that on a BRAND NEW PRODUCT? Past the 15 day purchase period, so I can't return it.
