    Out of the box had problems. Kept getting error about a bad cartridge. replaced all cartridges new error. must have original cartridges to complete install. put org. back in and it started working. HP printers most are good for about a year. Cant stand them but I cant find anything any better.

    Supposedly the ink replacement for this printed doesn't exceed the cost of the printer which is a good thing. Quality of print for especially pictures on picture paper could be better. I'd buy it again primarily because of it's bluetooth setup ease and compatibility.

    I've had difficulties with this since the day I hooked it up. I called Best Buy and they said I had to call HP. I called HP and was told there is no warranty so I'm SOL. The Close Table light continues to come on when I try to print and I have to slam/shut the door several times in order for it to print one document before the light comes on. It makes working from home horrible. I now use my old one as the new one mostly collects dust. When it works, it works good. That's only about 20% of the time.
