Wireless connectivity issues daily! Returning to Best Buy as it's not worth the $ for me to have to debug connectivity issues on a daily basis. Total PoC.

This is my 3 hp printer and I have come to the conclusion that these printers only last a year. On my third printer now not even a year of owning it and I am already having problems. Print alignment problems, network connection problems, prints blank sheets, problem after problem with this printer. This will be the last HP printer I will ever purchase.

I am not that pleased with it. And goes thru ink even though I don't use it excessively. I have to keep setting it up all the time.

For work it’s ok has trouble staying connected to wifi

OK printer scanner , still having problems with pricing of refills, also why do colors get consumed when on black only, Oh I know why$$$$

It's a good MFP, however I purchases it for scanning multiple pages into a network drive. It's able to do what it is made up off but scanning is too slow.

Purchased instant ink program at base level. First instant ink report from HP does not match actual page count so be aware of how HP "Adjusts" pricing.

Difficult to use, never seem to be able to print. Hard to connect to. Should have looked longer for better option

I thought it was faster, to scan and print takes patience. But again, it works, I wished it was faster. If I knew I would go for something faster

The printer worked well but is fairly large compared to other comparable models. If space is no concern then this is a good option.

Ink very expensive, smart MBA types ripping off customers again and again, might as well give printers away for free for the price of ink.

Printer works good but the Ink goes by fast. It also takes a while for it to update once I turn it on but maybe because I have it shut off a lot.

Cannot send from printer to email. Not as advanced for the price

It was easy to set up and worked good the first year, but when I moved it the cartridges leaked and now the printer will not work.

DOS NOT HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE UNIT THAT IT REPLACED IN TERMS OF CONVENIENCE OF USE OF VARIOUS PAPER SIZES. MY POOR CHOICE.

I had to return my first one because the ink would not print on paper. I even bought new ink just in case that was the problem.

I like this printer but I have been experiencing difficulties with the wireless function. Once this issue is resolved I think I will really enjoy it.

I bought this product with high expectations, based on HP's reputation. I was very disappointed with the print quality, which had poor color and "streaks" of blank space. I tried the various diagnostic functions to correct the problem, including cleaning of the print heads and realignment, many, many times over a four month period, using up two sets of ink cartridges. I did not want to go through the effort of returning the product until I had exhausted every option to correct the problem. Finally, remembering that I had fortunately purchased a two year extended warranty through Best Buy, I did return the product for a full refund and bought a new Epson Workforce, after reading dozens of reviews, most of which were positive. I have never written a bad review until now.

I bought this printer as a replacement for a much larger HP - this one performs the same functions and much smaller footprint... I am happy with it.
