I have tried to set up my printer several times and have yet to make it work. I guess I'm too old to understand this technology..

Nice equipment much better than the one it's replacing. I had it for 10 years.

Decent for the price. TBH a little slower that I expected. Also the paper tray doesn’t come out all the way.

Bought this printer mainly to use as a college printer and needed to be "WIRED" and have PDF capabilities. Seems to work just fine.

The first day it worked well and was easy to set up and connect to. However, the next time I tried to use it the lcd screen would not light up and it disconnected from HP SMART. Very poor product, but Best Buy made the return easy.

Good printer for basic functions. Goes through ink very quickly.

I have always bought HP printers and they have always worked great. My previous printer finally died after many years of use, so I bought this one thinking HP still made quality products. I was wrong. I found the installation to be difficult and the directions to be flat out wrong. Once I finally got it up and running, I immediately had issues with wireless scanning. The printer did not consistently find the PCs and Mac on my network to scan and send the doc to. The PCs and Mac also had trouble finding the printer on the network so I couldn't reliably even start the scan from my laptops. I thought maybe it was a poor wireless connection between the printer and router, but even when I moved the printer within 5 feet of the router, the connectivity issues continued. HP provided no phone number to call for technical support and I followed all the troubleshooting tips, without luck. I returned the printer and bought an Epson printer. It installed easily and I had it running in minutes with all functions working. Epson also provides a toll free 800 number on their documentation to call for support, which I didn't have to use. HP, never again.

This printer is terrible. I'm a small business that doesn't do a ton of printing, but I'm generally printing a few things a day. The printer is slow. Double sided prints take a while. High quality prints on glossy paper are quite slow. But that is manageable. What makes it terrible is that it jams. Constantly. I spent as much time clearing paper from the printer as I do actually printing documents. It seems to jam just when pulling paper from the paper tray. Sometimes the paper is all wrinkled. Other times the paper just doesn't seem to want to feed. I've had this printer for roughly 1 month and I'm ready to throw it in the dumpster and buy literally anything else. The only reason I am not is that I signed up for the instant ink so I have a pile of ink to go through first.

Never plan to buy at Best buy again, Item was returned and I purchased same at another place and am happy with it.

It is an ok printer. Would not purchase it again. Service person recommended it but I am not thrilled with it

The new printer worked well for a while. I put in a Genuine HP 906XL (large black ink) and that changed. On multi-page documents, the black ink starts to fade and smear every few lines. I have to double clean the print heads almost every time I use it, which wastes ink. The color carts work fine. All the HP support process can say is clean the print heads.

Difficulty setting up. Too difficult for novice. Don’t like that HP can’t or won’t standardize ink cartridges.

This printer prints more than you tell it to print! I don't have the wireless connected. When I print one copy of a document the printer will print a page or two and then stop. After a couple of minutes it will start printing from the first page and it prints a couple of pages with a bunch of strange characters on it. I have only had it a few weeks so I'm still trying to work out these bugs.

This was easy to set up but i am not sure it will last a long time as most printers are garbage today

This all in one started out great. As soon as I changed the ink. It stopped working no help from hp

The printer has small ink cartridges they need to give bigger ink cartridges and lower the price of ink.

Two months of having this printer, it jammed. However, there was no paper jam. It still wouldn't clear. Contacted HP tech online and after two hours of troubleshooting, the tech stated he was sending a replacement printer. Received HP replacement printer and had to ship the lemon printer back to HP.

The printer is real nice looking but prints a little on the slow side for the amount of money I pad for it.

Sometimes complicated to use. Scanning several docs into one doc is something I can't figure out.

A year or so later the black ink stopped being applied to pages and i had to rush order a different printer. As much as i like this machines ability to double side scan and such its a huge burden. Had it returned with warranty. Touch display was pretty decent but the machine itself is the issue.
