Very happy so far...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is exactly what I was looking for. It does a nice job on photos and flyers as well as on standard black and white documents. I found it was easy to install by downloading the most recent software version from the website, and the touch screen is pretty straightforward to use. I previously had an Epson Workforce printer. This does everything that one did in a slightly smaller footprint. I particularly like the two-sided scanning which came in handy recently when I needed to scan something. That was a nice time and effort saver which, while not a must-have, was an added bonus. One thing I don't love (unless I just haven't figured out how yet?) is that the paper tray does not come all the way out. My Epson tray could be completely removed to be refilled or when adjusting for different papers/envelopes, but this one seems to be permanently attached. It's a minor inconvenience but you do have to close the paper output tray in order to refill or change the type of paper. Otherwise though, I am pretty happy with my purchase. I was lucky in finding that this model was included in a pre-Black Friday sale... Thank you Best Buy!

Looking for a Phenomenal affordable printer? Found
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. How we use it: Wife & I are med school interns. We print (with regret to the environment however we do it in good faith that we’re serving the public’s sick and unwell) a lot of hand outs. Pro’s: >Easy to print from iPhone/ IPad, or Mac, or PC. >Easy to scan, copy (haven’t tried fax, not needed for us) >Simple set up. >Print from anywhere, has a built in email, just send to that email and it will print... send my wife “I love you” prints when I know she’s in the office and I’m at work. >Automatic Ink refill Cons: only had two months, but use it daily, have yet to have an issue. Overall Opinion: Worth every penny in the two months we’ve had the printer. Buy HP auto ink, thank me later!

great printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There were some reviews which said that it would make a lot of noise but it really does not..It is very efficient. What I really like about this printer is that besides printing on both sides (duplexing), it also scans both sides as well. It is easy to set up (especially wireless) It makes fast and clean copies.

Great, Sometimes weird to troubleshoot
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this printer. Had it for about a year. The issues I have is mostly because I haven't owned many printers so I can only go off of what I think a dream printer would be and not because of a comparison. I find it difficult to troubleshoot when I have a problem connecting my computer or to make sure it is connecting to wifi. I also think the screen could be bigger. Other than that, it prints beautifully and works like a charm

Best "All in One" HP Printer
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LOVE this printer! Easy to use and does everything! It's an "all in one". It prints, fax, copy scans). Not to large - fits comfortably either on the desk or inside the compartment that's part of the desk. Easy to use and setup.

easy to set up and compact.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted this because it is smaller than the one I have which was difficult to load paper and use the flat panels for fax. This one is much easier. The auto ink feature looks to be great. I did not have a Bluetooth feature and so can do air printing.

Great printer
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this printer mainly because I needed to print documents from my phone/iPad/Mac. The really cool feature that stood out to me was that I could print it wirelessly. I assumed a feature like that would be pricey but not with this printer. The setup was really easy and quick. Just got to wait for the printer to update to the latest version of the software. So far I’m really happy with this printer. Print or scan documents from or to your devices.

Easy setup and user friendly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the HP - OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer after my older HP C6200 series died. I looked at a number of different printers and brands online, at Office Depot, and at Best Buy, before deciding to purchase it. I'm a computer user at the intermediate skill level. The only problem I had with setup was that I had to take my laptop into the same room as the All-in-One for them to communicate with each other for the setup. After that, I have found that I can print from any room in my house with no problems. I have copied, printed, and faxed, with the unit and found the screen on the front of the unit to be very user-friendly. I have only had the unit for 3 weeks, so I can't speak for its longevity or ink usage, but I would recommend this product for its easy setup and no-hassle use.

Works great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Brother printer that was working just fine, but I started to get error messages that the USB port was not found. The problem came out of nowhere. I upgraded to Windows 10 and the problem still did not go away. So I figured a wireless printer would be the answer. It was. The printer is working fine. The price was great and it installed very easily for a person who is real tech savvy. I mostly print black and whire, but all images are sharp and clear. The only thing I am waiting to see is the pages per cartridge.

Affordable Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer is easy to set up and easy to use. It's fast but the only problem I noticed was sometimes the paper jam, when you fax more than 5 sheets of docs. But, I would recommend it to a friend because the price is very affordable.

Good printer if you do not print alot
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this printer for my home computer, I like the fact that it is wireless and you can print from any computer in the house and it does not have to be connected. The only negative thing that I have found is that the ink cartridges are very small. I have only had for about a week or so and I do not do a lot of printing but if you were someone that did do a lot of printing maybe for your job or school work the ink may not last very long. You would definitely want to purchase the ink plan that best buy offers. The print quality is good and it does print fast. I am use to my printer always being on but this printer goes to sleep so when you get ready to print it takes a few minutes because it has to wake up even if the power is on, unless you touch the screen on the printer in advance. I am not crazy about the design of the catch tray for the printed paper it has a piece that sticks up to slow the paper down from flying out but it does seem like if you printed a lot of paper it might cause a paper jam. Other wise for what I am using it for it is a good purchase for the money.

Best Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this printer. Consistent Performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 because I needed a printer with the capacity for two-sided scanning. I had previously owned another brand of printer that worked fine when first purchased, but seemed to require constant use or head cleaning every time I wanted to print something, despite using the manufacturer’s ink. A friend at work recommended this HP to me and said he didn’t experience any of those issues with his after almost a year of use. My experience has been that this printer performs flawlessly every time I print, whether I need a hundred pages printed, or one page after a week of sitting idle. The setup process was very easy and it has worked from all of my networked devices.

Great Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have only had this printer for a week but, so far, it beats any printer I have ever owned. It was extremely easy to set up for both my laptop and my cell phone. I also set it up for my husband's laptop. All wireless. My dog still doesn't understand how paper can come out of it when we aren't anywhere near it. Real funny to see. It prints on both sides or single pages. The only complaint I have is that I can't send a fax because I have voip for my phone line. I knew this ahead of time so it isn't that big of a deal but that's the reason for a 4 star instead of a 5. I haven't tried using the email address yet for the printer either but I'm sure it will work just as good as everything else does.

Best printer Ever! - For a while!
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best printer Ever! - For a while! Love this printer! Nice size, looks good. Great features like good scans, fax ready and print from anywhere! Love the convenient usb port right on front - Great for easy thumb drive use! Nice easy to navigate colored touch screen! Instant Ink has been a real $ saver! Problem - After 4 years of use, My printer stopped printing any blue ink! I thought it was a fluke and I love this printer, so I bought another one just like it! We didn't even use this one 2 years and the same thing happened with the blue ink! Wierd, just the blue! This model is no longer available, and probably had bad printhead or something anyway, so I'm trying 8034e and hope I like it. Wish it had USB for thumb drive. Hoping I like it as much as I liked the 6978!

So far, so good!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Found set up fairly easy, after I watched the tutorial on You Tube, as the instructions included in the box offered only the bare minimum. I have only used the machine for a few minor projects, but so far, so good. Text quality is not as crisp as my old Lexmark, but the Lexmark brand is no longer available, so this machine will have to do. Let's see if I get the 12 years from my new HP that I got from my Lexmark. Iam hopeful and am keeping my fingers crossed. I will say that I marked "yes" in response to your questions about recommending the HP to a friend, only because you don't give me a "maybe" button. Check back with me in a year to see if my opinion holds.

Easy Set-up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After looking at several wireless printers this model had the features I was looking for and was the size I wanted, not too big. It was easy to set up. The touch screen guides you through everything. Great for a 60 something. It was easy to print from my phone and also easy to scan to make copies. I have only had it for a week or two so I am reserving one star only because of the limited time using it.
