Printer ok, but not if you print a lot

Never got it to work

However, I took it back to Best Buy this morning and they gave me a new one. Hopefully the first one was just a fluke. I have Geek Squad coming to install.

Not happy with this one

Other go printers I had never had these issues this one is !

WHEN IT FEELS LIKE PRINTING OVER WIFI FROM MY WIN 10 COMPUTER IT IS FINE BUT 50% OF THE TIME I HAVE TO RUN IT THROUGH IT'S TROUBLE SHOOTING MODE TO GET IT TO WORK.

Printer head for the hp black ink failed and couldnt be repaired so we purchased a second generation because we had so much ink on hand from the HP Smart Inc program. Second printer failed immediately. Kept jamming and could not be stopped from jamming we give up.

Terrible Printer

TERRIBLE PRINTER

Then we got a replacement which turned out to be defective aswell. Not sure how many cartridges we have wasted so far. I have only printed around 20 - 30 pages since the time we got the replacement one. And ordered cartridges thrice. I don't understand why. I do not use it often. The sad part is they both failed within a year or so of purchase and after the purchase of extra large ink cartridges. I am so disappointed.

Printed junk

Not the best printer

I'm using the insta ink program and should have the ability to print 100 pages each month. I've had it since August and have not printed 100 pages and the ink is streaky.And I have changed the ink.

Not HP normal quality

The last HP printer I had went for five years before any problems whatsoever. Not impressed with this printer.

Not a good product

Overall I spent entirely too much time both online and otherwise trying to get the product to work! Still not totally as it should be.

Do not buy this product, jams constantly, no matter what type of paper used, prints to fast and spits out papers across the room, cuts off pages and pushes 3-4 pieces of paper at time (causing jams) and illegiable copies. Very, very disappointed and I'm trying to return to HP and get my money returned!!!

Worked good, until it didn't.

Maybe 5 pages per month. Then we got an error code 0x6100004a while starting up and it wouldn't work any more. HP customer support is an oxymoron, and they were of no help either. Stating that it "needed service" but was out of warranty. Should have just bought a really cheap printer instead.

Horrific support from HP

A few days later the printer's ink levels mysteriously went from almost full to ZERO and it won't let you print! My father has been (and still is while I'm writing this review) on the phone with HP "support" for over 120 minutes being bounced from agent to agent. The positive reviews heavily influenced our decision to purchase this product. However, wasting hours of our time with HP support agents that are not trained and empowered to resolve the issue is frustrating to say the least.
