Scan to email feature does not seems to be there..

So far the printer and scanner has worked as said.

Prints slow, ink doesn't last long, hard to change ink and doesn't warn you that ink is low just "may want to change ink when ink quality is low". Not really happy with this product.

This printer was a big disappointment. We never could get it to work consistently. However, I took it back to Best Buy this morning and they gave me a new one. Hopefully the first one was just a fluke. I have Geek Squad coming to install.

Not big fan always going off line having to remove and install drivers almost every 5 months to get it to print I don’t know but always having issues with it. Other go printers I had never had these issues this one is !

I had trouble with set up. I kept getting damaged ink cartridge error. I finally got it to work after a few days. It prints ok but who knows how long it will last. I'm not a big fan of HP printers.

THIS PRINTER IS THE LATEST OF MANY HP PRINTERS I HAVE HAD AND IS BY FAR THE WORST. WHEN IT FEELS LIKE PRINTING OVER WIFI FROM MY WIN 10 COMPUTER IT IS FINE BUT 50% OF THE TIME I HAVE TO RUN IT THROUGH IT'S TROUBLE SHOOTING MODE TO GET IT TO WORK.

First generation we purchased failed in two years. Printer head for the hp black ink failed and couldnt be repaired so we purchased a second generation because we had so much ink on hand from the HP Smart Inc program. Second printer failed immediately. Kept jamming and could not be stopped from jamming we give up.

I really want it to like it but is giving me problems after one week. I can’t print due to a paper jam message, I checked it and there is no paper jammed on printer.

I DO NOT recommend this printer. Very disappointed in this purchase. It constantly has paper jams. I can't print more than a few pages without it jamming up!

The printer stopped printing black before its an year old. Then we got a replacement which turned out to be defective aswell. Not sure how many cartridges we have wasted so far. I have only printed around 20 - 30 pages since the time we got the replacement one. And ordered cartridges thrice. I don't understand why. I do not use it often. The sad part is they both failed within a year or so of purchase and after the purchase of extra large ink cartridges. I am so disappointed.

Everything worked fine initially, easy set up, fairly fast printing speed but if you tried to print several pages or more than one short document garbage would print out; random numbers, letters, signs or just black geometric designs

I bought this to replace another HP 6978. It worked great for a few months. Replaced the black ink and it printed normally. A week later with the ink still full, the black stopped working. Took it back.

I've had issues with print quality. I'm using the insta ink program and should have the ability to print 100 pages each month. I've had it since August and have not printed 100 pages and the ink is streaky.And I have changed the ink.

I purchased this as a light use printer, within three months the computer board had failed in it. The last HP printer I had went for five years before any problems whatsoever. Not impressed with this printer.

Had to get a replacment from HP for the printer bought at the store. Had to be shipped from HP. Overall I spent entirely too much time both online and otherwise trying to get the product to work! Still not totally as it should be.

WORST PRINTER EVER!!! Do not buy this product, jams constantly, no matter what type of paper used, prints to fast and spits out papers across the room, cuts off pages and pushes 3-4 pieces of paper at time (causing jams) and illegiable copies. Very, very disappointed and I'm trying to return to HP and get my money returned!!!

Had the printer for 3 1/2 years and it worked OK during that time, but had very little use. Maybe 5 pages per month. Then we got an error code 0x6100004a while starting up and it wouldn't work any more. HP customer support is an oxymoron, and they were of no help either. Stating that it "needed service" but was out of warranty. Should have just bought a really cheap printer instead.

Worked fine until it didn’t. Kept saying paper is jammed for no reason. Worked great for like 3 months.

Setup was smooth. Printed 2-3 test pages just fine. Scanner worked well too. A few days later the printer's ink levels mysteriously went from almost full to ZERO and it won't let you print! My father has been (and still is while I'm writing this review) on the phone with HP "support" for over 120 minutes being bounced from agent to agent. The positive reviews heavily influenced our decision to purchase this product. However, wasting hours of our time with HP support agents that are not trained and empowered to resolve the issue is frustrating to say the least.
