    No capability to print double side. Tou have to do it manually and it's so confusing and complicated. It's a slow printer too.

    Not so connective at home

    The office jet pro is too complicated on the screen choices. It does not let you change things easily and with the small screen often jumps out of what I wanted before it is done.

    The screen does not work

    The screen for this printer stopped working sometime ago (which is an issue reported in the reviews on the internet). I've tried to reset it and it still doesn't work properly. I'm unable to scan, copy or fax. The only function that operates is printing, which is only 25% of what I needed from this printer. Extremely disappointed in this purchase.

    Large format is not friendly

    The Large format does not fit the tray, it overlaps, which is the way it is supposed to be from what I understand. The large format does not feed well. Sometimes it feeds more then one sheet. Sometimes when it feeds more then one sheet it prints part of the printed page on more than one of the sheets wasting paper. The 8.5 x 11 paper works great. However, I bought the printer for the large format paper. I have only tried the 8.5x14 paper. I can just image what the 11 x 17 paper will be like to print.

    This was by far the worst HP printer I have ever used (have used several of 20 years). Installation would not complete on its own. Would not calibrate causing printing issues (printed across two pages for one page). I manually figured out the calibration step so a few items printed successfully. However, the printer kept eating paper and jamming. I returned the printer.

    This device is just meh. It has connectivity issues, quality printing issues, paper jam issues. Overall it is what it is, cheap and flimsy.

    once set up printer is ok but encountered many problems downloading software to printer and laptop. It took two days of research to solve problems with wireless setup.

    Quit working after son only used for college for 2 semesters. Will not buy HP Printer again. Sticking with Epson printers that lasts a lot longer.

    I don’t know if it is the HP printer or the HP cartridges. Low use printer. Even with new cartridges it won’t print.

    I purchased it to use for small office. The color copies took way to long to print then advertised. I returned it the same day and bought a brother printer.

    This is a good home printer and the HP ink subscription is a nice bonus. However, it's not always the most reliable over wifi which is pretty disappointing

    This is literally the worst printer ever. Whatever you do, do not buy it unless you want to print 5 pages and then run out of ink. We hardly print but yet we have to buy ink almost on a monthly basis. They said it was decent but all this time I’ve had the printer I’ve been so frustrated. Constantly running out of ink even though we don’t use it too often. Just don’t buy it.

    Fax problem

    The fax does not work. Setup says FAX LINE NOISE. I do not have DSL nor ADSL but I bought a line filter which is supposed to stop line noise, if there is any, that did not correct the problem. HP tells me to call the phone company. The phone company says there is no line noise (I have a high quality FIOS service). I do not believe this is a line noise problem. My old HP fax/printer worked using the same phone line. HP needs to resolve this problem.

    Broke less than a month after setting up with minimal use. Kept getting error code. Exchanged it recently. Let's hope I have better luck with this new one.

    We use this print mainly for scanning. We had printed about 30 black and white pages and maybe 5 or 6 in color. Ink is already out.

    This is the 3rd HP printer we've bought. had an issue with all of them. First it was the WI-FI (not a problem for any other device in our home.) then it was the printing itself. Would print only if we used a flash drive and then it eventually stopped being able to do that. This last printer worked for about a year. HP has officially lost our business. I realize HP won't care either way, but I wanted to warn others.

    Worst printer I ever owned

    Poor Wifi, keeps dropping, Had to reset wifi just about every time I wanted to print. Then black ink stopped working for no reason. Had a 2 month old cartridge in and only print about 10 sheets/month. Thankfully had geeksquad protection so they gave me back the purchase price and I upgraded to a new printer. DO NOT BUY!

    Had trouble getting the printer connected to print and scan. It wanted to load as two different devices. Then we couldn't fax. Not user friendly.
