Unable to download this printer

I have followed the directions, I have gone online to download apps, and nothing is working. For $50 The Geek Squad will come to my house and download it for me. Isn't that nice......NOT!!

Do not purchase. JUNK!!

I must constantly clean the printhead in order to print off simple letters and contracts. I could have gotton this much use out of a cheap $30 printer!!

I'm sorry to find that your printer has been frustrating to use. I'm hoping that we can make this better for you though.
It sounds like you might be turning the printer off between uses. That is a good tactic to save ink, but there is a trick to it. You must use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That way the printer has time to 'park' itself in a position that protects the tiny nozzles (that spray ink out onto the paper) from excess drying. If the nozzles are left exposed, they will clog and will require a printhead cleaning to open them up again.
Using draft and black only settings can help save ink too, especially if you are mainly using it for letters and contracts.

Worthless Technology

Bad Connection problems

Broke after 6 months

Poor performance

First the pages came out faded and when I performed a print head cleaning operation it then complained of jammed paper. Now I can't get past the jammed paper error.

Have had problems printing since purchase
