    I had nothing but problems with this printer! Returned it to the store and will never purchase HP products again!

    issue with paper loading after few days of used.

    Printer does recognize loaded paper tray after a week or so. Followed some online instructions, was able to get to work but it needs to repeat the process with every job.

    must be used wired to the pc as wifi connection is Lassus lost.

    Just bought Dec 2017. Second HP printer in about a year that has quit printing. Tired all the cleaning nothing works. Think I’ll try a different brand

    I've had many HP printers. This one is the worst. Not user friendly! Need to turn printer off and back on to print? HP customer no help in resolving problem!

    Broke down a couple of days after a year with minimal usage. But my Epson printer still works after 20 years which I used as a backup printer.

    I will be returning this. Worst printer I have ever had, slow, sloppy....ran through black ink like if trying to use all of the worlds ink.

    Do not buy this printer. Constantly having to reinstall the software. The scanning UI is not good. HP dropped the ball on this one
