It is a great little printer but DO NOT do Instant Ink....you are stuck with complicated processes. Just buy print cartridges when you need them.

A great printer, one of the best types from HP, in my opinion. Best Buy shipped is very quickly and it was very well packed and arrived safely.

Work well. Print, scan, print photo, copy. A little bulky but otherwise does the job for home office. Scaning can take long time for large documents

This printer lasted me since Apr 2017- Oct 2022 I would highly recommend it especially with the Hp ink deal. My only negative is that when I went off the HP ink deal about a year ago the printer started to not work as well and eventually I had to replace it, so if you don’t want to be tied down to a monthly service such as that I’d say steer clear of this printer

I recommend instant ink it cheaper then buying the ink at the store also looks like nice printer

Lives up to the product advertising. Print quality is very good and photos come really good.

Overall, this is not a bad printer/scanner for the home. Printing on regular paper is of decent, photo printing is of marginal quality. The scanner works well but I very difficult time getting the PDF feature to function with Windows 10. My one true complaint with this printer is that when you go more than a couple of days without using it, the printer heads will do a self clean before printing. This is extremely annoying when I want to print something before running to a store. It takes about 5 minutes before it will start the print job.

Price point was excellent. Can do black or color print Quality is very good.

The printer was easy to set up and works reasonably well. We've noticed an intermittent streaking problem during copy only, but unfortunately noticed it only after the 30 day return period to Best Buy expired. Also, their latest firmware upgrade prohibits you from using any third party ink cartridges. Decent ones cost about 1/3 of HP's extortion prices. Two lessons learned -(1) never buy from Bestbuy when I can buy from Costco, which has a much better return policy and (2) never buy a HP printer again. Also, my neighbor purchased a HP multifuntion printer and the 'ink subscription' was turned on without his knowledge, so he couldn't figure out why he could only print 15 pages before he started getting charged. I despise such marketing trickery and gimmicks.

i like it well enough this is my 2nd one ran a lot of copies thru my 1st one well satisfied

I got the instant ink service on day 1, and it has saved me time and money. I bought this printer in September of 2016, and about 6 months ago, I started having problems with the printhead. First, the blue went out, now I can only print in black. So overall, the printer cost was $3.42 per month ($130/38 months), plus the $5.99 a month for ink. Not a bad deal. I just have a hard time getting used to the short life span of modern printers. I think back several years when a good printer was over a thousand dollars, but never broke--ever.

only had it a couple months and I don't do a ton of printing in my home but, so far, so good. like the closed paper tray to keep the dust down. my epson didn't do that. the electronic control and display works very nice. i also get a readout of my ink levels. i can print from the app on my phone and i can simply email documents to it. the scanner is a little slow, but again, i don't use it too much.

Very good printer. Easy to set up and use. Had HP printer previously. Same kind.
