DOES A GREAT JOB WITH EVERYTHING, AND A JOB well done for staff.

I've had this printer for three years with minimal usage and tried to remove the Instant Ink program after a move because I didn't want the Instant Ink program. I spent almost two hours on the phone trying to remove the Instant Ink setup (the HP rep was very helpful and patient with me), but the printer wouldn't connect to the server to update (sorry). Tried to connect through my hot spot as well. Nothing. Just a note, if you are signed up for the Instant Ink program, you can ONLY use the cartridges marked "Instant Ink." if you buy a cartridge at the store, it will not recognize it. Also, if you (can) remove the Instant Ink program, those cartridges will no longer work in the printer. I currently have a full color ink cartridge (Instant Ink), and a full black cartridge (from the store), and can't get the printer to update settings so that I can use either. I hate that I need to buy a new printer, but I've wasted too much time and energy on this one already.

It gets the job done. Makes more noise than previous printers I've owned when turning it on. It seems there's always an update, as it updates every time I turn it on (if connected to your WiFi). I guess it is an ok printer. Do some more browsing, you might just find a better one and perhaps a quieter one!

printer does good job for price. loud but efficient

Setup was easy. Then it went rapidly downhill. Tried to print first document but printer said paper jam. Went to take out jammed paper but no paper to take out. Couldn't get past jammed paper warning so gave up n took printer back. Best Buy service excellent n gave me a new replacement printer. Will try this one n if this new one gives me trouble I'll return for money back!

Replaced old one same model that finally wore out print head. Could not get wireless connection to work so set up for direct cable connection. Works great. Stable printer platform.

Good printer but cartridges are too small for printing any substantial quantity of materials. This printer is just for light office use, otherwise you will need to change cartridges often. Returned to the store.

It prints the ink nicely except I’ve only used it a handful of times and it’s eating the paper for no reason whatsoever and glitching like crazy.

Only lasted 3 hours- before the screen displays there is a problem with the printhead Oxc19a0015. Seriously!!!! I contacted live chat support. Guess what they said, it is a commonly error which they would be happy to replace it for me and it would take up to 3 to 5 business days to get a new one. I just bought this 3 hours ago. They suggested to take it back to the store. I think I will buy a different manufacture after this experience. Sad!!!

I've always enjoyed using HP for all of my printers. However, recently, HP just pushed down a firmware update to their printers. The printers will brick any cartridge that is not Original HP Ink. While this may or may not make an impact on device you purchase, just remember that you can buy an entire printer for the cost of one round of ink replacements when purchasing OEM cartridges. It's the equivalent to forcing you to buy only EXXON gas or your vehicle will quit on the spot. The print quality is good, but no better than Epson or Brother or Canon. I urge you to consider the price of replacing your ink when you purchase a printer.

This printer is ok. Most of the times its hard to print because it doesnt detect the printer . But when it does print . Its very fast

Overall I only purchase HP printers. However this is the worst HP printer ever. I purchased 2 of these printers and they both went bad after having them for about 2 months. The first one was in a shut down cycle for 2 weeks. The second printer when I turned it on to print something showed on the screen that there was a paper jam (I hadn't used it in about a week). I followed the steps to clear the jam (even though I knew there was not a jam). The message still showed that the paper was jammed. I then turned off the printer using the power button waited about 10 seconds turned the printer back on and the screen showed that I did not shut down the printer properly that I needed to use the power button (which I did). It however did not clear out the paper jam issue. I have returned both printers and exchanged them for something else.

I enjoy using HP products. I had a similar printer that wore out. The printer I recently purchased is almost exactly the same. Easy to use, great price and home delivery.

It got stuck last night and I had no idea what the information that was on the screen wanted me to do. I printed a second copy and solved the problem.

Great printer! We needed to be able to print 20# paper, 67# card stock, envelopes and labels (on a glossy setting) and this machine handles it like a champ. We don't have much need to scan, so we haven't been able to try it out. Great printer!

I have this printer on my home network connected using wireless. I use this printer predominantly from my iMac. I love the double-side printing and double-sided scanning - saves me much time and paper. I also use this to AirPrint from my iPhone - works flawlessly.

Works well and easy to install. Wish it came in white and wasnt so bulky. I stick with HP printers because any others i have tried were not as good all around.

I love the printer when I can get it to print. Don't know why it is always saying "offline". Then I have to figure out how to print again.

My printer is only 4 months old and the heads have clogged twice already - despite using the "official" ink. The cleaning cycle needs to be run multiple times to get all the colors flowing again. I've also never been able to get Best Buy's ink replenishment program activated. I'm not interested in HP's plan, but wanted Best Buy's own ink program -- which is far to hard to use, so I guess I'll be buying my ink at Staples. I even bought the extended warranty, but as long as the problem is "fixable" (despite the hassle) I doubt it would do much good.
