This was an impulse decision, set up was a breeze and it works amazingly.

Simple set up and very easy to use. This printer replaced our previous HP which was also good, but it was time for a new one. Unfortunately, HP always keeps you on your toes by changing up the ink cartridges, and are expensive. Nevertheless, good printer. Recommend for any household printer needs.

Printer was easy to set up and has good print quality. I would have rated this printer 5 starts if it weren't for the fact that the print cartridges run out of ink way to fast.

When we needed a new printer we researched 3 different printers before selecting this one. This printer does everything we needed and then some. Prints great pictures and easy to hook up with wireless. Only downside is cost of the cartridges.

Although this has features that I will probably never use, it was priced the same as more basic models. My key criterium was that the color cartridges come separately, so if one runs out, you don't have to buy them ALL to get one color. I strongly recommend using the 902XL cartridges since they don't cost much more than a standard 902 and let you print over twice the pages.

This printer has been great! It makes really good copies, was easy to set up and use, and I love the automatic toner reorder. The price was really good, on Black Friday, and I got a $50 reward. Great purchase!

This printer is great! I've used it to print, copy, fax and scan - all on a Mac. All functions worked well and were easy to use. Printer setup was a breeze. The ability to do two-sided and the automatic document feeder are wonderful - save me much time vs. my old printer where I had to feed one document sheet at a time and manually flip the page and re-feed it for side 2.

This printer is easy to setup and has all of the features that we needed! Wireless printing, double-sided printing, a copier/scanner, and a bunch of other stuff. All for a great price, too! The easy ink replenish is just an added plus.

I love this printer easy to set up and use, you can print stuff from your phone or email stuff to it to print if you're not at home and it even orders ink for me when I need it, definitely recommend it to everybody and the price was great also.

This printer is easy to use and so far there are no issues. If I had one complaint it is the time it takes to self check itself. It always seems to happen when I'm in a hurry. Ink consummation seems to be OK and the quality of the printing is fine.

I don't print a lot of stuff so I wasn't planning on getting anything too over the top. This will print, scan, fax, etc. I like being able to scan and go out as an email address - that's a time saver. The HP Instant Ink deal is pretty cool but for as little as I print I can't see it being an ongoing thing... although I did get one replacement set of cartridges for free

This printer combined with the HP ink deal is ideal for any family that is interested in document printing/scanning or even photo printing/scanning. The quality for this printer in both Black and White and color is outstanding. We have resisted printing photos at hope because of questionable quality in the past as well as high ink costs. With the HP ink deal we will pay for the printer itself in ink saving alone in the first year. Our initial encounter with HP customer service was excellent. We use this printer with a wireless network as well as a wired network and the initial set up was a little tricky and we called for some guidance. I can't stress enough how important good customer service is for any company and the amount of time and effort that I have received from HP with this set up is close to perfect.
