I was looking for a printer that had a lot of functions. This printer was just right and the price was easy on the pocket. This was my first printer hooked up to the WI-FI. The setup was quick and easy.

The printer was easy to set up and once it was hooked up to the wireless network it works throughout the house. It is a bit difficult to set up for all the other areas. Overall it works great with good printouts.

Love this wireless printer/copier/fax. Easy to print anything from your phone, tablet, laptop. Instant Ink subscription makes it brainless to keep your ink supplies current.

We got a great deal buying this printer --- it's OK for home use

Purchased for my home office. Works great! I print presentations that look professional and the speed of printing is good. I especially love that I can print from my cell phone which makes it really convenient and easy.

After trying an Epson printer and finding nothing but problems, I came back to HP. it seems to be pretty efficient, but not happy with the lack of written documentation to learn it. Everything is videos or you have to go online or post an inquiry to ever get an answer. Still haven't found a way to check ink levels until it's out - then it's too late!

Setup was easy and so far operation has been flawless. Good quality printing--even small text is crisp and easy to read. My favorite feature is the ability to scan items to email. I can think of so many ways this will be helpful.

This printer was easy to set up for wireless use and the print quality is great. Scanning is a bit tedious as the printer works with the Windows 10 scan software instead of using it's own utility with a nice GUI. No problems functionally.

Very basic printer. Easy to set-up. It is loud so don’t print when you’re on a telecon.

This printer is not my first from HP. However with the sale, and at the price point, it probably has the most features than any other HP I've owned before. The pros are the ease of setup, the large paper tray and the quality and speed of printing for a household printer. The relatively small footprint also helps. The major con for me was the poor software recognition of the device after a few days. Then I had to use the "email to print feature" almost every time. It's very annoying to not be able to find the printer live, just when you want it, on your computer printer list. That's not be with HP printers (not sure if it's any better with other companies) but otherwise all the other features are very good.

Awesome Printer, This was the easiest printer I've ever had to set up, it took longer to unpack it than to get it up'n running. Works great, fast and clear crisp prints/copies. We highly recommend.

I upgraded from HP Photosmart which I had many years and am so happy with this product too. No issues with WiFi printing and it prints quickly. It’s not bulky like I thought it would be, perfect size for my desk.

I needed a printer fast. Looked at 4 others at different stores. This one caught my interest because I could print from my phone too. Prints great and it was easy too set up to my laptop and iPhone.

Using the printer for my home/office, works well, good quality

This printer is light weight and small enough to fit perfectly in my home office. The menu is very easy to use and different jobs are very easy to perform. The set up with wireless was simple and I did not need any assistance!

For a computer illiterate, I was able to set it up and have it running in a short time. Very impressed with the ease of operation. Print quality is exceptional, and the wifi capability has been trouble free. Overall a great investment.
