Printer seems to work very well tried it on a few different types of printing and also scanning and also printing pictures it seems to work on very fine

This printer was so easy to set up, to align with my computers/phone/tablet, and works flawlessly. A great advantage to print from anywhere in the house.

As much as I am starting to enjoy the printer now the initial set-up was a less than ideal situation. Right out of the box it wouldn't align the scanner after printing out a test page...it would not recognize it. Secondly, I could not get my phone to sync up to the printer...I have a Galaxy S21. I spent too many hours downloading drivers and trying different connections, but it seems that the 6978 isn't on the list of printers that can be controlled by a smart phone. However, I did download the HP Print Service Plugin which does work with my phone...albeit in limited capacity compared to what the HP Smart app can do. I was finally able to get the scanner to work but never with HP's 'alignment' technique. Everything appears to work like it should now, but it should have never taken that long to set-up. I reached out to HP for help, but they had no phone lines available, and the virtual chat option was a joke, so I resorted to Facebook Messenger which wasn't much better since it took them nearly 2 hours to respond. The product is nice and works well once it is in operation hence the 3-star rating.

My old HP printer was on it's last legs and after some research I decided on this all in one. Very responsive, good quality, and a very good price.

Prints very clear and colors pictures. Eaay to setup and use.

Print speed and quality is excellent. Performs well. A little on the noisy side but not a big negative.

The setup took minutes and that was amazing. The printer works well and there is an app you can use to print scan or copy. Very easy to use and no problems so far.

I bought this printer to replace my old one and I love it. Super easy to installed, print super fast and the quality of paint is pretty good.

Bought this, easy hook up, easy apt installed to do wireless printing. Over all worth the purchase very happy with this! Yes I would tell a friend to buy it!

Not too large a footprint, not too heavy. Does everything I need it to. Was not the easiest to set up... Instructions for WIFI,etc, were not the best, and the on line help was terrible. I did it manually and it was very easy...I recommend that. Works great!

A good product easy to setup and use. Quality of printing is great. Color balance is good and replacing ink is easy. Would recommend this printer.

I was skeptical that the printer would be easy to install and operate. It was so easy that I felt like a computer wiz....plus, the print quality is fabulous!
