Best buy had best online price which in store matched. Had a Cannon Pixma and after 8 months of use printer head issues which company would not support and wanted more $$ to fix than purchasing new. Decided on HP this time and so far works wonderfully. Easy to install and menu self use friendly. Watch out for the output which comes out the shoot fast so keep the end tray pulled out to catch paper!!!! Fast but bit noisier than Cannon, however, quality is much better overall. Purchased the extended warranty with BB and hope I won't have to use it.

I needed a printer as my hp photosmart c series gave out on me and searched for a replacement. I did some research and needed one that has AirPrint capabilities and it has one. The print quality was awesome and no glitches so far. Had a bit of a challenge setting up but it wasn’t hard maybe medium difficulty and nothing a good YouTubing and googling cant take care of. All in all awesome printer and got them in a very great price! They price matched a competitor and would rather get it from bestbuy and nowhere else.

Very simple to set up....simply add inks and follow online prompts. Nice quality print for the cost. Haven't used fax yet but nice option if needed.

Setup is easy and print speeds are great. Scanning large amounts of paper is easy but it lacks and email feature. Outside of that, great product.

great printer quality ...... easy to setup and use

It took a while to get this set up to print thru the wireless. It copied fine, & now printing is OK. It is noisy, but not too slow.
