good printer and good quality prints. ink is normal price. printer makes lot of noise when powering on tho. like 3 minutes of just machine sound.

I am a long time buyer of HP products. I had an Officejet 6500 series printer that no longer grabbed the paper so bought this upgrade. Similar functions as before but what sold me was that fact that I no longer have to reload to print double sided documents; it automatically does it. Though a small function, a hugh plus for me. Also you can add shortcuts to the main menu so you don't have to scroll through settings for functions you frequently use. Nice upgrade if you are looking for a printer.

This printer was great for the price. Not too difficult to set up. Really happy I purchased the instant ink program that wentvwith it.

Quick and easy setup! Wireless works great every time. Too early to tell about printer ink cartridges as far as quality and longevity

This printer replaced an old Epson that I had. It just failed to print so I had to replace it. This printer has been a good one so far. It’s menus are fairly user friendly and paper tray holds a good amount of paper. However the paper tray does not have a good “stop” to hold the sheets in place. Also it prints very well but as most ink jet printers it likes the ink. The price of replacement cartridges is not cheap. Don’t know why they are so expensive. The wireless printing is also good to print from other devices in the house.

Bought two of these on sale. Easy setup and no more wires! Great to be able to print from phone, tablet or laptoo without having to plug in

HP printer is great. Lightweight and doesn't take up much space. It works great and the print and other features are awesome.

Have not had the best luck with printers of late. This is the 3rd new one in less than a year. I was not happy with the quality of an older HP I had been using for some time so I tried an Epson that was OK for a couple of months and then the printer began to not print a readable line like every 7 or 8 lines. Best Buy replaced it but the new one was good for a couple of months and then it did the same thing. I went back to this HP and it seems to be working fine with great quality printing so far. (On my second month)

I needed a printer as my hp photosmart c series gave out on me and searched for a replacement. I did some research and needed one that has AirPrint capabilities and it has one. The print quality was awesome and no glitches so far. Had a bit of a challenge setting up but it wasn’t hard maybe medium difficulty and nothing a good YouTubing and googling cant take care of. All in all awesome printer and got them in a very great price! They price matched a competitor and would rather get it from bestbuy and nowhere else.

This printer was very easy to set up and connect with my computer. Does a great job printing in color or black/white. Very happy with my choice.

The HP-OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless All-In-One was easy to set up and does a good job printing, faxing, scanning, etc.

Best buy had best online price which in store matched. Had a Cannon Pixma and after 8 months of use printer head issues which company would not support and wanted more $$ to fix than purchasing new. Decided on HP this time and so far works wonderfully. Easy to install and menu self use friendly. Watch out for the output which comes out the shoot fast so keep the end tray pulled out to catch paper!!!! Fast but bit noisier than Cannon, however, quality is much better overall. Purchased the extended warranty with BB and hope I won't have to use it.

Great all in one for the price. Very easy to set up and works well. A little loud when printing but not too bad for a home office

We exhausted our previous printer in our home office. This new one offered us more features and prints very nicely. It's easy to use as well.
