So far this printer has been a great performer. The set up was quick and easy. The double sided print feature has been a great time saver. There have been no paper jams or hesitations, so it was an excellent choice for me.

I currently have a HP 6520 that is on its last leg. My wife uses it for copies in her daycare. The kids use it for homework and I of course for work. This has been a warrior and look forward to the next generation

This printer has worked great for occasional at-home work and other printing needs. I love the wireless capabilities as I can print straight from my phone when necessary. It includes an easy to use touch screen.

This printer replaces an old, ink-guzzling HP Photosmart printer. I have always been satisfied with the print quality, durability, and ease of use of HP printers, but I was tired of paying exorbitant amounts for ink. A friend told me she was happy with the HP instant ink subscription program, and this printer had that option. So far, it looks like our family of five will do fine on the $2.99/month subscription so that will be a huge ink savings compared to what we spent before on ink. I like that this printer is a copier, scanner, fax, and printer. I was a little worried the photo printing quality would not be as good as my last printer, but I am actually very satisfied with the quality of photos too. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought this printer on sale just before Christmas, and I'm happy with my purchase so far. Everything started up easily, and I had no problem setting up the fax capability, which I never was able to do on my old HP printer. This baby prints fast, pages are crisp and clear, and the instant ink is a good deal. I received my first shipment of ink cartridges way before I needed them. Having the option to use my own cartridges if I suddenly need a lot more pages makes it a win-win.

Had to replace my 5 year old Jet Pro 6978 after is got scrambled due to a lightning strike and ended up getting the same model after reading multiple reviews of the newer models. For me, this has been a great printer and being an All-In-One makes it all the better. Set up was as easy as it was the first time around and the print quality is great for my day-to-day and business needs. I was a little disappointed that the stores in my area do not carry this model in stock, so I had to order it through the web site. The shipping was expected to be around 5 days before delivery, but it showed up in 2 days. Can't beat that unforeseen bonus. This has always been a great printer for me for copies, faxes, and photo printing. I would recommend it for anyone needing an ink jet All-In-One.

I finally got a printer that prints from my cell phone. I’ve been using his printer for the last several months. It works great, but wished the ink cartage lasted longer. Otherwise, great printer with easy setup.

I first own a Office Jet back in Highschool. Worked till after I graduated. During college I had to deal with Canon, HP DeskJet, and Recently HP Envy. Which was broke within the 1st year or perform so poorly. This Holiday I picked up a OfficeJet. Here's a few reason why... +The Build Quality looks, and feel way better than my HP Envy. +The Touch Screen was way more brighter and sensitive +Set up was super duper easy Had it for a month now and still feel new to me. I print on a daily base and wireless. Going to stick with business class product from now on.

This wireless printer was easy to install and prints beautifully both in black and in color. I like, too, that the cartridges don't empty quickly. Great little printer for both home use and a small business.

Easy setup. Wireless printing works well across all devices, MAC, iPad and Android phone. Scanner, copier and printing all of good quality, especially for the price of device. Like the scan to computer feature.

Prints well, easy set up. Signed up for the ink promo. Received new ink shortly after setting it up so when I ran out, I already had it.. Very convenient. I can print from all my devices as well.

I am amazed how great this printer is especially considering the reasonable price. The print quality is great and I really appreciate being able to print on the front and back of the paper. The size of the printer is very good. Some printers that are available are just too big for my desk area. The only minor issue with this printer is that there are some sounds that are a bit loud when turned on, but definitely not a big problem. I am very happy I chose this printer.

We love this printer as it is easy to use, a lot of functions, easy to connect wirelessly. We should have upgraded years ago, but we love this one as HP printers have always treated us well.

Bought this replace an older model and wanted one that would auto copy the reverse side. It performed great and was extremely easy to connect wirelessly and to my desktop. Very happy so far.

PRINTER IS COMPACT COMPARED TO THE LAST ONE I HAD. THE PRINT IS CLEAR. THIS PRINTER IS EASY TO OPERATE, AND DOES A LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS. SUCH AS FAX CAPABILITIES, PHOTOS, COPIES, AND SCANS.

This printer does everything you need. Setup was very easy and it responds to print request quickly and prints very fast. However, it really spits the paper out when done printing. When it does it, it can be a little noisy. All in all, it's a good purchase. The ink doesn't run out fast and it does print quickly, and hasn't yet dropped its network connection. Plus it didn't take too much to figure out how to scan into the PC.
