First of all it was very easy to setup including the wifi. Color and black and white prints are sharp. Excellent product from HP

Prints fast. Reasonable price for an all in one. Communicates easily to multiple computers thru email if don't have blue tooth.

This printer does the job. I just use it for basic printing. Only flaw i would say is that there’s too many ink cartridges that need to be replaced. Next time i would like a printer that comes with just 2 cartridges!

Solid four of five. Everything worked well after hookup. Quickly self-calibrated. Connected easily to wifi network and no trouble printing from all the various workstations and devices. Print quality and speed is passable. Scanning from scanner bed is very good but points off for the document feeder scanner which hasn't worked well (documents are askew and streaky). Also points off for the simplistic OCR interface and for the intrusive driver packages. Got the printer on sale Black Friday, which makes it a great value.

My mom needed a new printer since her old one stopped working. So I brought her this printer and she loves what this printer has to offer with multiple features such as faxing, scanning, copying, and printing, plus the printer is Wifi ready which means no need to have the printer connected to a desktop or laptop. Oh and btw you can also print from your mobile and tablet as well. She couldn’t be anymore happier with her new printer.

This is a nice printer. It fits nicely into the space allotted in my room. It feeds sheets and has a Lorge paper tray that is easy to refill on my past one. The quality of the print a satisfactory. However, it continually loses contact with the Wi-Fi connection for things such as air print. I have to constantly re-program the computer to re-connect with the air print. This happened with previous HP printers too and I wish they would do something about it.

This thing is amazing! Great printer quality and the scanner function is top notch. Top feeder works great and never have issues with it pulling too many pages at once. Scanning program is great and easy to use. Definitely get the geek squad plan for this. This was my second one. First one had issues and BB did a great job replacing this one without issue.

Easy to setup. You can print from IPhone using HP Smart app or IOS option. Prints a lot quicker then old 4660.

HP has always been a good brand of printer that I've used. Works good and the setup was fairly easy to do.

I am still getting used to the features of this printer, but so far it's been easy to set-up and use. The print quality for text and images has been clear and vibrant. My only complaint so far is that I scanned a graduation announcement (Wi-Fi directly to the PC) and the quality was rather lame. However, I have yet to read further in the manual (or talk to a store rep) to see if there is a feature for selecting scan quality. If there isn't, I will likely return this printer since I need a decent scanner.
