Great printing quality, with an excellent price, but I was was both surprised and disappointed when I discovered after purchasing, that it only scans up 9 X 13 as opposed to the 11 X 17 that it is capable of printing. What ever occurred to HP to do such a thing? Stupid, actually.

I haven't had this printer for too long, but so far I have no complaints only outstanding performance. The setup was very easy and the speed and quality of the printing is excellent. Some reviews griped about the size of it, but given it's performance and capapbilities I think the size is reasonable. I'd rather have great performance from a larger printer than poor performance from a small one!

I needed a wide format printer for my advertising and design business. I had a Canon that didn't hold up very well. I have another HP pro series printer that is a real workhorse, so I researched HP for a wide format for the office. Color looks great, and you can print B&W only, which was a must for me. Scans and copies well too. I'm happy with this purchase.

The printer is very nice and does a very good job as much as I’ve used it so far. My disappointment was the size because the item was not available in the store and I failed to read the measurements online. So I ordered it and when I received it I found out it was about 1/3 larger than I anticipated and it does not fit on most printer tables. Despite this I’d recommend it if you have room

Printer is larger than expected, prints fast and has it's own email address so you can print to it from anywhere

When i purchased this printer i didn realize how big it was ... but it doesn't take up to much space and its easy to hook up and use i love the fact i can print almost any doc from outside my home being this printer come with an email

I love this printer. Everything prints beautifully and super fast. Wish I would have bought it years ago.

Easy to set up, uses little ink, user friendly computer app to fine tune scanning. Easy paper load. I like the multiple paper sizes and stock thickness it handles. Have always used HP but tried Epson first....hated it. Print quality was terrible....pinkish black print...took it back. I'll never use anything but HP again...lesson learned!

Was not expecting the printer to work so well. I'm a big fan of AIO printers and this one does the trick. The print quality is pretty good. Set up is pretty smooth. Connecting to wifi wasn't too bad. Wish it had duplex scanning, but maybe I just need to read up a bit on it. Still yet to test the fax capability, but I'll definitely try it out in the future.

The HP printer was so simple to set up. The only complaint is that the footprint of the unit is actually wider than what was stated in the specs.

This HP printer/scanner/fax/copier does it all— including print to 11x17 paper and enlarge or reduce the scanned image output. While larger than my last HP all-in-one printer, and a bit slower to initialize the copy and scan functions due to checking both the flatbed and document feeder, I’m happy with the flexibility and functionality of this purchase.

Exactly what I wanted. A higher capacity office vice desk printer that was fast and printed on both sides. Copying is easy. Scanning is equally as easy. Don’t use the landline fax. HP ink cartridges are expensive but the high capacity cartridges last for 3000 pages. Only complaint is I would have preferred black vice white in color.

It's a bit larger than I had expected, but others had also stated it was large. It prints fast, scans to my email, it can fax but I haven't tried that yet and I don't really have a need for the fax when I can scan to email. I replaced an older HP all in one that would not scan several pages to my email as one document, it always ended up as several attachments. Nothing wrong with my other printer, just needed the scan to email function. I'm not sure yet how often the ink will need to be replaced as I have only had this not quite a month yet. So far I am happy with my purchase.

We are in computer networking business for a long time so we can smell the products We love hp products and this is a new addition

My last printer went bad, so I went with a HP brand. The colors look good and this was fairly easy to start up on the website. I joined with an Apple computer. But if I print a draft black and white it does tend to stay on that setting (from the computer) so I have change it back. Overall very happy.

Quality prints for all my uses and needs such as flyers, business letters, photos, labels, greeting cards. Definite ease of use. Best printer I've owned in years!

This printer rocks! I am a self-employed graphic designer and I use this printer nonstop. The quality is unreal. Ink is expensive but worth it. The cartridges last quite a long time.

The printer was easy to set up and use. Ink cartages long lasting.

I use a Mac for an at home graphic design business. This printer is definitely worth the purchase. Ink lasts quite a while even with all my full color print jobs. It's fast and scanning/copying has been excellent as well.
