I love this printer... great prints, duplex, scans to .pdf, fax, great price, etc. I also like that it's wireless and my entire family can use it without messing with cables. I can even print from my phone. My one complaint is the paper drawer... since I am a bookkeeper, I often must print checks for my clients and the opening/closing of the drawer to load check stock rather than having a paper "feed" is inconvenient for me.

Setup was quick and the printing has been excellent. There are several of these where I work and they have been working very hard and have had few problems. They seem to be well built and durable.

I don't have any info on the ink usage, but it was very easy to set up and start using. Also HP apparently started a new program that sends ink based on monthly per page usage. I signed up for now. We'll see how it goes. Printing and copying is fast. 1st page out is decent speed. Also has duplexing. Haven't used fax yet. And paper tray holds a good amt.

I am fairly happy with this printer so far after my last one bit the bullet. The setup was easy and both the color and black & white printing is pretty fast. I am actually using the Instant Ink program and so far it seems to be saving me money. I typically spend more than $100 per year easily on ink so even at the highest package I am still saving money.

Seems like it is going to be a good machine. Just purchased it a couple of days ago. Printer speed is good, quality of print is good. HP has an excellent reputation and so I am once again sticking with an HP - I just got had a 6100 model. I purchased a new HP Laptop and got this printer to coincide with it due to the new Windows 8 that would not play nice with my other HP 6100 series printer.

Having this printer has really streamlined my home office. It's been reliable so far and it's nice to have one machine that scans, copies and prints. (I can't use the FAX feature because I don't have a land line.) My only complaint is that there's no place to grip to lift the top when you want to copy/scan, but overall I'm thrilled with this printer.

My last printer was a few years old but had always been a little glitchy. Apparently HP has worked out the bugs with these all in one wireless printers because so far this one has performed flawlessly. I haven't tried printing any pictures or photos with it yet so no recommendation for those types of uses but for general printing it has been great.

The Best Buy staffer helped me with all my questions and concerns so I could freely choose which printer to buy and take home. I got a great deal on this color/ black and white inkjet printer plus an economical monthly ink plan. The printer was quick to set up, and I was able to immediately print wirelessly, a document from my phone!

This printer is the best. I can scan documents to a network folder or USB drive. I can fax, I can copy, and I can scan multiple documents to a single pdf file for emailing or storing on my computer or backup. The ink prints close to a thousand documents before running out and with the instant ink program I am saving money on new cartridges!

Screen prompts, easy to follow to use all features of the printer. I am not very technical but I find the printer and all the additional features very usable. Very good quality copies, photos, scans. Excellent value.

I looked at a lot of printers that had the capability to copy, fax and scan. This machine does a fantastic job at all three. Plus when you get the ink service it makes it even more convenient. It is also wireless so anyone in the house can print to it from their laptop! I am really pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I had an Epson before this that loved to use ink. I went to buy ink and it was the same price as this new printer with Best Buys price matching. I signed up for the ink program but haven't started it yet. What an awesome deal! Can print from any device on the network.

This item was easy to set up and has been very reliable. I have always purchased HP products because of their reliability and price. This was a great deal and it has had no issues. I look forward to years of service.

The 8610 all-in-one printer was a deal I could not pass up. Probably more printer than I need at home, but one I would use at work. The wireless feature allows you to place the printer where it fits best. It's a large size, but a quality product. Be aware, however, that the ink cartridges will be pricey but, should last longer.

This is the best printer I have ever had. Is it a little expensive? Sure. Is the ink a little expensive? Yes. But the quality is fantastic. The set up is relatively easy. I've had it for a month now and am still on the first ink cartridge. And it is nowhere near being used up after printing at least 200 pages during that time.

I do a lot of printing here at the Memphis school of Preaching. Whether it is a commentary of 70+ pages, or a small 8 page paper, this machine spits out documents clean and crisp every time. We also take advantage of the wireless printing capabilities, and my wife has also set up the automatic printing of recipes every week.

This printer has many useful features... For me it works because of the scanning and faxing capabilities. Furthermore what really helps me is that I can print a text photo of a text document from my phone -- it prints the photograph of the document on standard sized paper and does not require photograph sized paper.

First, I have to say that my previous printer was archaic so anything was an improvement. Although a little bulky, this machine is very quiet. Setup was a breeze. I have my laptop downstairs and it in the second story loft and I've yet to have any issues with the signal being picked up. All in all, very pleased

Read the mixed reviews about this printer and was very happy with my purchase! The printer speed is excellent. The scanner works great as well. I used the fax on this and it went through so it works as well. The ink cartages seem to be able to print a lot more pages than normal ink so I don't have to buy ink as often.
