Purchased this HP printer to replace a fairly new Epson that went out. Have had it for several months now and am loving it. Good printer for a home/office setting. Not sure how it performs relative to photo printing as I have not, nor will use it for that function. But, for documents, faxing, scanning it's perfect.

I got this in order to make papercraft models. Other printers I've tried have had slight differences in dimensions (i.e. - trying print a square results in one side being a few millimeters longer than the other), which results in the models not fitting together properly. This one came recommended from a papercrafting forum I visited, and I've found it to work quite well for what I need. I've printed over a thousand sheets of black text and roughly 250 or so sheets of colored images so far, and I've only needed to change the black cartridge twice (the current cartridge is at about 95% right now) and the yellow cartridge once. I'm still using the cyan and magenta test cartridges that came with the printer.

This HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 performs excellent. I replaced an HP 8600, which I gave to my wife. The 8600 has also performed great. I use the 8610 for home use and use all 4 functions - copy, print, scan and fax. It performs flawlessly. I bought this 8610 on a sale - can't beat the price - great bang for your buck.

I purchased this printer because I wanted wireless connection, scanner, copier plus printer features. I'm not concerned about the fax. I love that it prints clear and bright colorful pages. I have no problems printing coupons and it's easy to setup. The company even offers a mthly rate program for printer refills. Very convenient. The printer is fairly large (I expected this) so if u want a small office printer this is not it. It even prints when I send items from mobile apps!

I purchased this item mainly for use as a printer. I was immediately impressed with its responsiveness as to wifi. The only negative I have found is its very large size.

I bought this printer for my dad to make copies and print. He mastered the printer within a day. The touchscreen pad makes all your options succinct and clear. It is very responsive and will print out great quality pictures as well as documents.

It's very fast and clear. No cycling, just a bit of noise like it's going to cycle and suddenly your print job is complete! I love it... it's the best printer I've had in long time. Also the automatic ink shipping program is the best and very inexpensive. All I can say is wow... I think they got it right this time!!

Easy setup. Individual ink cartridges are nice, no wasted ink. This is a good quality printer that does it all. I was looking for one that did more than just print and copy. The overall print quality was not as good as my Canon printer, which was excellent. I could see the difference between the two prints. You can't beat the price, though, for this all around printer.

I needed a printer that would complete basic administrative tasks and this exceeds my needs. It prints, copies and scans multiple copies efficiency with good quality. It has great ink capacity and is easy to change cartridges, good product.

Great printer/scanner/copier/fax all-in-one machine. I researched various products but HP always seems to win out. The print quality is excellent and fast. I was not looking for a printer that could specifically print pictures so this is just what I wanted. Changing out the print cartridges is easy.

I love this All in One..it is the perfect printer that also copies and faxes and scans..Smooth operation with excellent quality. I could not have asked for a better machine to meet my home office needs. Another reason to love HP and Best Buys' price was lower than other options I researched..thanks BB

I purchased this printer for business and home use. It has done everything I needed including scanning to PDF files, printing pictures, faxing, and printing double sided. Highly recommend.

I love that I cantbprint pictures directly from a USB as this printer has a port it connects to the Internet too which is also awesome and simple to use. It's a bit on the large side but I needed a fax a swell and it seems most good printers with faces are large in size. Overall it's an excellent buy!

So many choices it was overwhelming! Took a chance on this printer because of relatively small size and decent price. Turned out to be excellent choice. Easy to set up, and gained access to the wireless network with ease! Can print from all devices anywhere in the house. Very happy with this printer.

This is a great printer for home use. It is fast and very easy to install. It has a lot of great features and is excellent for the money. The ink cartridge plan is the BEST! and you have a choice of levels so you are not locked into one plan. Highly recommend this product. Prints very nice.

The HP 8610 all-in-one printer was easy to setup. This printer is faster and the fax, coping, scanning and color printing are easier to use than the previous all-in-one that I had. This was not the fastest or the printer with the most features, but I and my wife are very pleased with the purchase.

Easy to set-up on Wi-Fi to multiple computers. HP printer ink at discounted prices and auto-ordering is a great feature to make sure ink is on hand at all times. Print outs look very good.

One of the best printer I have own so far. Might not be a professional printers but it get the work that I need done. Also like how fast it print out color, black/white even faster. Way better then my old printer. But the Best Buy I went to Chico, CA where I bought it. I was not happy with the customer service/employees that they have now. The printer show it was in stock at the store but didn't see any at display, so I went to ask for help. But was ignore the who time I was there. Even ask lady employees for help and guess what she never came back. Went to other employees that was talking to each other and they big time ignore me. Then have employees walk past me/ignore, no Hi, Hello, or Can I Help You, nothing at all. Even try calling store and guess what customer service just hung up on me without saying anything. That was it I left the store without buying anything at all and call the hubby up an told him what happen but the hubby just told me to just try again and I did. This time I was able to get someone that I did not see when I was in the store to help me out to locate where the printer was at. I'll give it 5 star for HP printer but lost 1 star for what happen at Chico, CA customer service/employees

Good print quality and speed. Easy to scan to email or computer. Duplex printing saves paper. Copies can be made using document feeder or by placing item directly on the glass, which is helpful for copying a page out of a book.

I purchased this printer to replace a Canon printer that had started to have a few issues. Connecting to the wireless network was no problem. My wife really likes the AirPrint feature which now allows her to print from her iPad and iPhone. Print speed is much faster than the Canon printer it replaced. It is relatively quiet while printing. Unlike the Canon scanning software, if you are going to scan documents that are not standard sizes, you will need to select CUSTOM and enter the measurements of the document you want to scan. Then you'll have to reset the scanner to your desired default size. My old Canon software sensed the size of the document and adjusted accordingly. But this is a minor problem since most of your needs will be available in the menu. Overall this printer works great.
