this is an awesome printer, easy to set up and use. I haven't used the fax yet. color's are great and very clear. I would recommend this printer. I got it on sale, it was a great buy

This purchase was to replace an HP Photosmart printer, as all-in-one capabilities were needed. It is a very reliable printer, has a smaller footprint than the older Photosmart & is intuitively easy to use. Great buy for this quality of product & it saved some space in the home office!

Have been needing a printer for quite some time. Wanted one that would do everything, as there is always that one time you need to fax something. This one does all that and has been very reliable. Along with the ease of the hp ink program it has been very convenient and easy to use and enjoy.

Very nice printer, scanner and fax machine that provides quality product for an economical price. Very easy to set up and everything worked well from the start. For the price this is an outstanding product that should have much lower O&M costs than I have had with other printers. Great item.

We have had this printer for over a month. Works great with the cell phones.great color and scans multiple pages ' Love the fact that it is a part of the instant ink program. Looking forward to never running out of ink.

Bought printer because Dell printer gave me lots of problems from the first day. Hooked up the printer (instructions could be a lot better, novice would have no idea), put in ink and tried it out. Worked very good first time and every time since. Takes maybe 15 second to print the very first one but after that (warms up I guess) prints very fast and clear. Took advantager of the HP ink offer and received it very quickly. Have not used any ink yet still using the starter ink, since I dont print that often. All in all ,seems to do the job as intended at a good price. I dont think you can go wrong ... (only main problem I see is if you have a landline, you cannot set it up to receive faxes if you have carrier voice answering system on landline, must be turned off or unplugged).

Great brand name printer for price. Arrived quickly from Best Buy. Really had not realized SO big, won't fit under my desk as all others had, but have been still comparing to other HPs comparable and decided to keep since it has everything needed at such a great price. Looking forward to using the HP ink program, expect to save $$ with this option.

The price for this printer was amazing(($99). for an e-printer, it is so convenient. I can stay any where in my two floor house and print from my smart phone, my tablet or my laptop. picture quality is great even when you print in non photographic paper. A very good investment.

I was looking for a new printer and came across this one. it is perfect for what I need it for at work and I have not had any problems with it at all. All the functions from copying to scanning to faxing and printing has worked great and the touch screen makes it so simple to use.

Duplex feature is a real paper saver, scanning function is very good, I have had no problems with the auto feeder, setup, was very easy, wireless feature is very good (I can print from cell phone, MAC, windows laptop and desktop) without any delay, buffering or other problems

When my printer died, I needed to update my printer and I looked up this printer and I've heard nice things about it. It does Fax, Scan, Copy, Print and does Wireless printing on our iPhones. It also has a double sided printing option which is neat too. It is a heavy printer but a recommend nice buy for entry level printers.

Bought this printer on sale for $100. It works great. Ink cartridges last a long time. Great print and scan quality. Easy to set up.. Print from iPad or iPhone. Love it.

Printer was a great choice. So easy to set up and use. Perfect for a small office. Love the all-in-one features. Highly recommend! This is my third HP printer and I have had no complaints or issues with any of them. Also love that you can find HP printer ink almost anywhere.

My older HP printer went out on me, and it would have cost more to repair than to purchase a new one. So on to BestBuy.com I went to look for printers. I came across the 8610 OfficeJet. I never had an OfficeJet before, so I was hesitant as I didn't need it for business work but rather to print out my children's homework assignments. I thought it was going to be too bulky, and not print color very well. I fully expected it to print black and white just fine. It just happened to be on sale, and I thought "How could I go wrong?" Well, lo and behold - this printer by far exceeded my expectations. The printing - black and white, and color - are very good. The printer is very fast (compared to what I had before). The scanning and wireless printing from other devices are excellent! Even the ink cartridges are less expensive than my previous printer's ink. It was a winning situation all around! I highly recommend this printer!

It's a good product, I bought it because I needed a basic way to scan and make copies, as well as print stuff. I am really pleased with it, because it does that very smoothly. It might be a lot if you are looking for a home printer, but let's face it, we need a lot these features on a day-to-day basis in a personal level anyway.

I have provided tech support for many of my co-workers for over 20 years. I purchased this printer for their use during a 3 week camp as an alternative to transporting a similar printer from their hometown. Copies, scans, and prints quickly. Installed easily on both Mac and Windows. Only drawback I have is that it is an inkjet and therefore goes through ink cartridges quickly. If you must have color capabilities, then this is a good solution. If you can live with only black and white, I'd recommend going with a Multifunction Laser machine for about the same price. They are much faster. Toner cartridges last longer than ink cartridges.

This is the best printer I've bought yet. It's fast, prints very clean, the wireless functionality is easy to set up, and the double sided printing works great. I've yet to have it jam or have any problems. I highly recommend this printer. Great value, great printer!

Have had many, many, printers over the years, as well as several HP Printers, but this Model, The HP Officejet Pro 8610, is deffinately one of the best, and pricing @ Best Buy, was also the very best around !!!

This is a good printer that I got at a great price ($100 on sale). It prints two-sided documents (but CANNOT scan two-sided documents). It's a decent speed (if you are doing both sides, it takes about 12 seconds a page, otherwise it's about 5 seconds). It holds 250 pages in the input tray, printing wirelessly on a network (including phones and tablets). BUT, it goes through ink like there is no tomorrow. Your regular printing will last you about 600-800 pages before you're done, and if you go with the XL cartridges, you'll get about 1200-1400. So if you are using this for an office situation, be careful. Black ink runs about $27 regular price (with the XL being $38), and then you have the color cartridges which are not cheap, either. I've had no complaints about the quality of the print, but you will go through ink quickly if you print a lot in your situation.

Very easy to set up. Just plug in the power and press the wps button on your wifi. The computer and printer will find each other and begin auto set-up. Produces great results in both copies and photos.
