Super easy set-up and much faster than the 8500. Bought this model for less money then it would have cost to replace the print heads on the old model. The other great feature is you'll never have to worry about replacing print heads. Why? Cuz it doesn't have any!! Very pleased with my choice!

After days of research, the price and product were just right for our home office needs. Now I want a phone number to ask HP support about How to scan multiple pages to email. Already told our business partners to get one.

This is great for faxing, scanning and copying..... It definitely fits the needs for a small business.... The only negative is the paper tray... It's easier to have the tray that lets you load the paper from the front ( especially if you are trying to recycle paper!!!). to have to keep pulling out paper tray to load paper is a bit inconvenient

I bought this printer to replace a 13 year old Cannon that still works, but was having trouble getting ink for it. I love the wireless connectivity and ability to print direct from a mobile device. It takes up 2x more room on my home office desk, but it looks nice, so I'm ok with it.

I home office and am required to print, scan and fax and this all in one is perfect. The quality of the print and the speed is just want I needed.

I love this printer. It was easy to set up and prints fast. The print quality is great. It's wireless and I can print from my laptop no matter where I am. Really easy and convenient.

This unit has many features to offer. Printing is great and easy to follow instructions. This also offers the ink program by HP. We are going to take advantage of this. We bought 2, one is going to stay at home with us and the other is going with our son to college. So far so good!

I use this printer every day and it just keeps on going! I got it on sale for 79.99, although I did not want to spend over 50 for a printer. I do not regret my decision at all! I can use regular printing paper or card stock and other kinds of paper. Best printer I've ever had!

I researched printers before going to Best Buy but I find it's best to actually look at the products and talk to sales staff before purchasing. I like this printer and would recommend. Set up fairly easy, print quality good, and price is right (including ink cartridges which is important to me). Not as fast as I would like but acceptable.

This is a great printer! It's on a huge sale when I got, too. Setting it up on my wireless network was very easy. I haven't hooked it up on my other pc's and tablet yet. Print quality and speed is great. Scanning is awesome! It comes with OCR and option to scan to pdf. Makes it easy to search many page documents for the item you're looking for. It's rated at having a very high duty cycle. I won't go anywhere near that. My only concern is buying replacement ink. But there's sales and Reward Zone points to help out.

I bought this printer for my grandparents since theirs had broken over the summer and the price was quite reasonable. I love the ease of use and my grandparents are so happy with it. Haven't had a problem yet so good signs.

Bought this printer for my parents who are close to 80 years young. Wanted something easy to set-up and easy to use. So, far all is going well. I have an HP 5520 Photosmart printer which has a mind of it's own, so I was a bit reluctant to get another HP printer, but the options offered for the sale price at Best Buy was a no-brainer.

My last HP printer finally died after many years. Since I had such good luck with this brand I bought another. This a great printer. It prints fast and prints two sided emails which saves on paper. the only negative is you cannot print two sided documents that you put through the document feeder, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

My fifth HP printer. Second wireless. Best one yet! Easy set up. Good paper capacity for a desktop printer. Easy to set up black ink only printing as default. Great choice.
