I got one of these to replace a Dell all-in-one. Why did I wait so long? This printer is great in every respect: functionality, features, setup, quality, cost. I liked it so much a few days later I bought almost the identical printer to use at my small business.

This is a very nice printer for my home office needs. It was easy to set up and use. I love the wireless feature. You can't go wrong if you purchase this printer.

I picked up this printer at Best Buy on sale at almost half the retail price and am very happy that i did. Auto feeder and duplexing works great. Colors are crisp and clean. Copy speed is fast. No paper jams. No ink issues. Everything ays would expect it to be.

It is quick, even with doubled sided sheets. Great quality. Easy to use. Only issue is that it is bulkier than others, but still perfect for a desk top.

I caught this printer on a great deal and doesn't disappoint. All that I need was a basic printer that was cost efficient and this one has been great. It has features that I didn't even consider when buying it that have come in more handy then I expected, like double sided printing and wireless printing.

I purchased this to replace a previous HP office jet Pro that lasted me over 5 years. This printer is easy to setup and use with lots of features and a great price. It's been 3 months of everyday printing and I'm still using the ink cartridges it came with.

I used lot of printers of different makes and models but they were bad atsome point with this new printer till now i have no problems as i am not high tech guy this has worked beautifully till date

I love this printer. Great printing speed and easy setup to get started. The only con I have is that where the printing comes out is in the same location to where the paper tray is at, so I always pull the paper tray out instead of extending the out tray.

Very versatile multifunction printer. Like the ability to print from anywhere to my home printer. I've been a diehard Lexmark owner for many years. This printer inpresses me. No regrets so far.

The only thing stopping this from being a five star review is HP's website itself. When I purchased the printer and went to install it, installing was very simple. Plugged it into my home network, my computer recognized and installed the printer drivers. But I was not able to scan with the device. So I went to the website looking for help, and it said to install the software on the disk that come with the printer. So I put the disk in, but it would not run the software because it could not install the printer on my network (which was already done). To make a long story short, it took a good bit more searching to find out that there was an app on the windows 8 app store for scanning that worked just fine. Once I downloaded that all was well. so if they fix the driver and management software install this would be a great machine!

I own two of these now. Top notch. It's ease of printing and scanning two sided documents is great. If you are looking for an all in one on steroids,at a great price. This is it. No complaints.

We bought this as a gift for children and grandchildren. We use the 8620 and love it so this was an easy choice...but to add it was on an amazing sale price.We got excellent help from the Best Buy associate who helped me compare to another printer. There really was no comparison as this was superior.

Works great! Wife loves the scan feature. Can print from anywhere, printed form over twenty miles away today (it was an accident). Signed up for instant ink replacement and got a free set right away. HP printers have always been our go to printer

Picked this up to have for printing / scanning / copying and faxing. Works fantastic! I currently use it both with Windows computers as well as Linux!

If your looking to get an inexpensive multifunction printer without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this option. Bought it for a small business setup, hooked up right away with no issues. I like how you can access the printer options via URL.

This is one of the items I always buy a warranty on. Printers always seem to die on me arount the two year range, so to be safe I get the extended warrany, and seem to use it just about every time. Now with this printer the set up was easy, and it has lots of features for the price range. It is a little large, but so far works just fine. My wife and I both have jobs where we need to print a fair bit, so maybe that contributes to its demise, but I would say at most a couple hundred pages a month. I consider printers disposable items since they don't last that long, so it does its job, and I do keep coming back to HP. Printers are like routers...in two years you need a new one.

This all in one copier, scanner, fax has performed very well for my small business and personal usage. The scanner feature is easy to use through my lap top making sending documents very easy and printing incoming documents works equally as well.

This the best HP printer that I have ever owned. I currently have the same model on my desk at work for the past 6 months. I loved that one so much I ended up getting one for our home.

Pros: The printer prints on both sides, prints at a good clip, and uses separate color cartridges. Cons: When printing, sometimes two sheets will feed through at once. Also, the clock on the display sometimes changes time. Overall, this printer has done everything that I have wanted it to do.

Naturally a little slower and lower quality print than some of the big commercial models but for a small office or personal printer it's a solid value. However my first model had a problem in around one years time that was apparently a result of UNDERUSE . I was forced to simply buy this newer model.
