Setup was easy. After setup, all functions worked as documented. Wireless print usage is great for all mobile devices and remote eprint is good feature during travel or just being away from home base. I use the copy function and appreciate the stand alone function. I have used the fax but only for testing. I bought this model for it's scanning resolution and use the scanner for digitizing genealogy documents and pictures.

My Lexmark printer bit the dust and needed something to replace it. I am in the IT field and work from home so I wanted something decent, yet affordable that would be able to handle my occasional printing along with my son's school projects. This printer fit the bill! Great cost, great quality. I am a big fan of HP products and this one did not let me down. If you are looking for a great printer for a great price....look no further!

Main reason I bought this was for the wireless printing capabilities. Easy to set up and use, works fantastic. Also a big feature that I needed for work purposes was the expandable paper tray to use legal. Like that I can scan documents right to my memory stick from the printer. So many great features, easy to use, well worth $150.

Purchased this printer after an older HP printer died. The old printer was nice, this printer is amazing! Easy to setup right out of the box--intuitive but with easy to follow instructions when needed. Able to setup on laptop, tablet, and phones quickly. Print quality is great for everything printed so far--have not printed photos yet, but document printing and graphics have been easy and clear. Enjoying the wireless printing.

I spent several days looking at all-in-one printer/copier/scanners and finally settled on the HP series. Even then I wasn't sure which model would be best for me, but finally decided on the 8610. Although I've owned stand alone printers, and stand alone scanners, this is the first all-in-one I've owned. Overall I think it's great. The quality of the color printing is very good, and seems to faithfully produce the same shades I see on my monitor. My only negative on the printer is that when I use photo paper--even though I change the paper setting--the ink puddles a little. (It could be I need to use different paper though). I also like the scanner, and especially appreciate that I can scan directly into a flash drive. That saves a lot of time when scanning multiple documents. For scanning more than 600dpi for old photos though, it has to be done with software. Finally figured out how to do that--not something I need real often, but it was somewhat difficult to figure out. Then again, I'm not as computer savvy as some. Still, I'm really enjoying this. I used to think an all-in-one had mediocre components, but I was wrong about that. These are top notch.

I love this printer. Got this one to replace an older model. WOW was I surprised at the size of it for the price I paid. What a deal. Works super great. I can print from my desktop, iPhone, and iPad. I never was able to do that with my old printer. Didn't have any trouble adding my daughters laptop. Was super easy. Prints clear and neat. I haven't used it for photos yet but im sure that will look great too.

Easy to set up, easy to connect wirelessly. A little bigger than my last HP but fit well.

I've had trouble with printers in the past. Part user error part junk printers. This time i decided to spend a little bit more and go with a brand name with HP and I couldn't be happier. Easy to setup, easy to use and works great for the casual printer like me. Overall great printer and I will never buy anything but an HP ever again.

best combo of price and features. easy to set up. being able to print on wireless network from multiple phones is a plus.

Operating System: Mac OSX 10.11.4 Setup was easy. Updated drivers and software are available on the HP website. Installation was smooth and took less than 10 minutes. I signed up for the HP Insta Ink program which took an additional 5 minutes, but allows for automatic, online monitoring of your ink levers. When you're low on ink, HP will ship you a new cartridge. The printer quickly detected my network and has maintained a solid connection since installation two weeks ago. I have used the scanner and fax as well, and both work as advertised. HP has scanner software for your Mac available for download on their site. I found the software to be user friendly and stable with OS X 10.11. Overall, this an exceptional value at this price point. I often find the printer/scanner software to be lacking for Apple computers, but that is not the case here. Solid hardware, solid software, and great price.

I like the fact that HP gives you a chance to buy lesser expensive ink from them directly..the printer is rather large for a small desk but the printing is very fast along with stable...I do like the collating and multi paper feed for faxing or copying...The price of $99 was good also, although Fry's had the same printer for $59 a bit later if you had a promo code. Overall, I am pleased with the printer

This HP printer 8610 is a great buy for what it can do. It works right out of the box and was very easy to set up. It has a step by step menu that works flawlessly. It can work wirelessly with cell phones and laptop computers. The apple iPhones even work with this printer.

Great all in one! Print from my droid, iphone, ipad, and lapyop. Fax is a great touch.

This is the second of these units I purchased. The work great. The wireless feature makes it easy to place the All In One anywhere. Price is good and comes with cartridges that last a while. All features are easy to use although I don't use the fax feature. Only downside is the price of replacement cartridges as this could cost near $100 to replace them all. However, they do last a long time.

This is a great printer from HP. Bought it on sale for $80. It prints very quickly and can hold a large amount of paper. Only downside is that it is quite tall and will take up a large amount of vertical space. It may be better suited for a small office than for your home depending on how often you are going to use it. I simply bought it because it was the best deal at the time ($120 off).

This printer is easy to install and it has great prints, I love the wireless feature.

I love this new printer the HP Officejet Pro 8610. It provides everything you will need for an home/office printer. I love the fact you can scan direct to your PC from the printer and the option to have the ink systems sent to your home. Very user friendly, good quality, dependable and cost effective. I would recommend this printer to everyone who seeks quality printing and easy to follow prompts

i have had HP printers for many years. this one is the best yet. printing is fast and the blacks are crisp and the colors are great. it copies well. the scanning feature is great - it will scan to any computer on the network. i use the printer in a home based business. i couldnt be any happier with my purchase.
