Very Nice and works well...easy to use and set up was a snap. looking for a home all in one machine. this is the right one

Easy to set up. Holds adequate amounts of paper. Removing paper tray is difficult due to no indents/handles/etc to grasp the tray.

This all-in-one printer was a great purchase. It's wireless. Easy to set up. Does everything I need a home printer to do.

Would give it 5 stars except there is no print manual, which would be most useful to me (a non technical person). Once I figured out how to set it up (3 hrs), I love it. My installation CD didn't work so had to download online. Still figuring out how to use all the features, but so far I love the wireless print. I have now found the manual online but would still prefer a print manual to refer to and bookmark. Learned how to scan and copy today--also enlarge and reduce size of image. I set it up to turn itself on and off each day to save power. Love the double sided print feature. It is quiet and plenty fast for my purposes.

Love this printer. Easy set up and easy to use. My family loves that you can print directly from your iPad and smartphone.

I have only had this for a couple of months now but it was on sale and had great reviews. I've only used it a few times but it seems to be sold to use with my iMac.

It was easy to set up and get right on the network at home. I also have been printing from iPhone and iPad all the time.

We bought this printer for christmas and LOVE it!!! It has really neat features and is easy to use. My kids love the disney feature, and can print new color pages every day installed on the printer. Great printer for families because everyone can print from any device in the house and ink levels are seeming to last a while.

The printer is excellent in terms of speed and quality. However, like it seems to be the case with all of the OfficeJet products, the paper feed is not the best in the world. And this knocks it down a star. At the most inopportune time, the feed will take 3-6 pages at once, which will ruin the print job, or worse cause a jam with the duplexer. I love the quality of HP's. But, they need to get a handle on the paper feed system. Unless that changes, this will be the last HP printer I purchase.

Incredible features, easy to install and very very good for the price. Would not hesitate to recommend this down to earth HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer. It is awesome!

I bought this printer to replace the previous model, 8520, which petered out after about 2 years' constant use in my office. This new model is far superior to the previous one. It is sturdier, prints faster and quieter, and is more intuitive. Setting up the printer on my network was as easy as plugging it in and letting my network find it. The print quality is outstanding and the reliability (so far) has been better than I expected. The two-sided print feature works really well. We didn't use it much with the previous model because of the near constant paper jamming. That isn't the case with this model.

This is the best printer I've ever had. Fast efficient and easy to use.

Well I like the printers design, but setting it up was somewhat of a pain. It seems to go offline on its own and without any type of warning. I troubleshot for hours trying to figure out why it wasn't printing. There is a little tiny blue light on the front of the printer letting you know its ready. But, no directions telling you that's what the light is. At least no directions anywhere that's not so deeply obscure. The print quality is good, but its a loud printer.

one of HP's better implementations, it just works in MAC, IOS, and Windows environments. I use the scanner quite a bit an the new driver works significantly better (both speed and ability to scan large number of two sided documents w/o error) than what I had on my old 8500 officejet. INK - what can I say its always too expensive but the more I scan the less I print.

It was an easy hook-up and we were able to get started right away with running our business. Copies great, and fairly fast compared to our last all in one.

So far this printer has been wonderful. Easy to set up and use. Great quality, fast! Would recommend!

Within the first week, I printed thousands of pages, scanned, and copied Over and over and over again. Worked every time, I bought this model " on sale" for around 170$. Worth the money!!! I would recommend Not to subscribe to the ink/ printing plan hp tried to have people subscribe to a plan, similiar to minutes on a phone. Just buy the ink and not worry about " going over" the allotted paper usage. Overall though, it is a great product.
